2SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN
In the proposed system, the first requirement is for the clients to submit their request – be
it for office space or virtual space. As the request reaches the company, the staff will check if the
requests and valid and whether they will be able to provide the services or not. In addition, the
staff will also check if the client is new or old. In case of old client, the processing is done faster
but in case of new client, the company needs to update records regarding the information of the
client. In order to do this, the company staff sends request through the application to the client
for relevant information so that the client can register for services. Accordingly, the client sends
all the relevant information through the application portal to the company staff. Upon receiving
the information, the staff updates the information in the database as new client entry. When the
update is complete, the staff generates invoice based on the services requested by the client. The
client will also be asked if they would like to opt for multiple services and stay with the currently
requested service only. Once the client confirms, the invoice will be forwarded along with the
service agreement form. The client is required to sign the service agreement form and make the
initial payment to initiate the services from the company.
The process described above is reflected in the use case diagram that is shown below.
The use case diagram does not go into much detail but highlights the main action points that are
active within the system.
