Subject: official miscommunication to be prohibited
To Amber, Savannah, and Stephen,
This is to inform you that we have received some serious complaints against all the employees
for the past few days. The employees’ must keep in mind that they are to abide by some basic
rules about the official communication that they are carrying out within the office premises.
You must keep in mind that in order to work properly, the employees must be putting forward a
strong and collaborative effort. This is to warn the three members Amber, Savannah, and
Stephen to take special care of the fact that they must be giving up the habit of speaking ill about
any of the stakeholders while within the official hours. Apart from this, the employees must not
speak criticized about any of their stakeholders while they are within the office premises. We
have received severe complaints from our partner Tim, who happens to be one of our premium
clits from, Tim Rice Photography.
This is really very ridiculous to see that you three were accused of creations the marketing
campaign of Tim, while he was present with us in a conference call. You all are tenure
employees' and you must have been much care about the pros and cons of carrying on an official
conversation. This is really much unexpected to get a complaint like this from one of our loyal
and premium stakeholders. We cannot afford to lose our business clients either degrade our
company reputation.
Thus, we expect that this is a serious warning. We hope that you will be taking this as a lesson.
We will be bound to impose severe penalties if any of you are found to repeat the same mistake
once again.
Regards,
HR department,
Knowledge, Inc.
