INTRODUCTION
Growth is an organizational activity through which it tend to make sure that it is able to improve
its working and goal achievement capabilities in such a way that it is able to minimize the efforts
and economic investments for the achievement of desired organizational targets. Pretty little
things is the chosen organization for the analysis in this report, the company tend to provide
fashion products to its customers. Evaluation of company's working capabilities through the
implementation of SWOT analysis is done in this report, also identification of areas for
improvement is also done in the report.
MAIN BODY
Task 1: SWOT analysis of Pretty Little Things
Strength- Company tend to provide its products all across the globe and because of which has
managed to achieve an efficient economic growth. In order to provide high level of
organizational performance to customers company tend to provide its products through several
company stores and online portals, through which it is able to fulfil customer requirements
(Thomas, 2017). The product placement is done by the company in such a way that it tend to
ensure that customer requirements are being fulfilled.
Weakness- Company tend to provide its products all across the globe, but still faces limitations
in achieving high level of brand awareness and due to which company's sales tend to face
limitations. Company tend to provide new and rare products to fulfil customer requirements and
because of which organizational expenditures are being increased because of which company's
economic growth is being affected.
Opportunity- Pretty Little things can increase its engagement in implementing technological
advancements in its work areas (Gazzola and et.al, 2020). Through which it can make sure that it
is able to improve the organizational work productivity which will allow the organization to
increase its reach to a wide range of customers. With that company can also increase its level of
engagement in implementing collaborations with other market competitors through which it can
minimize the expenditures to develop new products.
Threat- Increasing market competition tend to make a significant impact upon the organizational
sales and because of which chances of brand switching is increased for Pretty little things.
Changing customer preferences is influencing the organization to implement improvisations in
its products placement because of which company has to implement improvisations in its

working process through which it is able to fulfil the customer requirements by which the
chances of goal achievement will be increased.
DNA of Pretty Little Thinks-
Corporate DNA is a common organizational belief which tend to remain same in
different organizational activities. Organizations tend to ensure that its DNA tend to remain same
because it the core brand personality through which it tends to achieve high level of customer
engagement.
Values of Pretty Little Thinks-
The organization values of Pretty Little Things is to provide fast fashion products to
customers through various means through which it can ensure that it is able to achieve high level
of customer satisfaction.
Task 2: Issues and areas for improvement
Pretty Little Things tend to have a high geographic reach so that it is able to increase its
customer count and also implement customer diversity in its product placements through which
it can make sure that its organizational sales is being increased (Elavarasan and et.al, 2020).
However, despite this wide geographic reach company tend to facing limitations in increasing its
organizational brand image because of which is not being able to achieve high customer count
due to which organization's economic growth is being affected.
Company tend to provide products in a unified pattern because of which it is not being
able to provide a products which is able to surpass customer's expectations and manages to
achieve an augmented level of customer satisfaction. This is important for organization that it is
able to implement product placements such that it is able to achieve high level of customer
satisfaction through which chances of brand switching from the customer side will be reduced
and which will improve company's suitability in the changing market trends.
Company tend to provide its products through several means which include factors like
online company portal and several offline stores through Pretty Little Things tend to motivate its
customers to develop a direct contact with the organization.
Task 3: Initiative for improvement
There are several ways through which organization can increase its brand awareness
through which it can improve its performance in the market place. Thus for achieving this
company can implement Business collaborations strategies through which it can ensure that it is

able to achieve high level of work productivity. This happens because by increasing Pretty Little
Thing's engagement in new business collaboration company can implement actions like customer
sharing through which it can improve the level of customer experience (Caccamo and et.al,
2018). Apart from that Pretty Little Things can also implement product sharing activities through
which it can showcase its products and services to other partner's location by which it can attract
the loyalty customer of its business partner as well. This is an effective way through which
company can utilize the distribution channel of its partner company and also promote itself to its
customers, which will increase the organizational brand awareness which will increase the
chances of goal achievement for the organization.
Business collaboration will enable organization to achieve its organizational goals
because through making effective business collaborations company can ensure that it is able to
increase its customers count and also at the same time can implement diversity in its products
placements (Gazzola and et.al, 2020). Through this step it can ensure that it is able to ensure
customers that company is able to fulfil their requirements because of which chances of goal
achievement can be increased. This is effective because since the company is able to achieve its
organizational target therefore this will ensure company's suitability in the changing market
place.
CONCLUSION
From the analysis in the report it can be concluded that organizations has to analyse its
working capabilities and then tend to implement improvisations in its working so that it is able to
improve its areas which are making negative impact upon the customer experience.
