It is responsible to source the vendors within China as well as Southern Asia. The responsibilities included
procurement, development of product, auditing of vendor, supplier management, controlling the quality as well as
shipping. The immediate problem they are facing is late delivery of products and services.
What is the purpose of the project? (1 mark)
The purpose of this project is to identify the key project stakeholders, key deliverables and current status of the project
plan. There is also identification of project issues related to the project management concepts.

The key stakeholders in this project are:
Packaging manager: Handling procurement, development of product, vendor audit and supplier management.

importance as late delivery will cause entire
project to be delayed.

mitigated the late delivery issue so
that the project should complete on
scheduled timeframe.
