A few considerations were essential to ensure the quality and relevance of the report.
The presentation of the problem was excellent as the causes, transmission, and prevention
of cervical cancer are adequately discussed in the report. Also, good grammar and spelling
are evident in the report. The report also contained relevant information regarding the
problem.
However, the report lacked important parts comprised in a case report, which include
the executive summary, introduction, analysis of the case, decision criteria,

recommendations, and conclusion. For instance, the report is not well organized, as it lacks a
clear explanation of its aims and objectives. It also requires distinct headings that can guide
the audience through the essential aspects of the report. Therefore, it is difficult for the
reader to understand what the report seeks to achieve. It lacks an introduction which is
critical in outlining the purpose of the report and familiarizing the readers with what is
expected in the report and a summary of Sarah’s case. The analysis of the case would be
influential in linking Sarah’s case to theoretical evidence. Additionally, the report did not
have recommendations that would be applied to improve Sarah’s case and a summary of the
report. Most of the parts that are required while reporting a case were left out in the current
report.
Additionally, the report lacked a link between the case study and the theoretical
information. The case of Sarah was only mentioned minimally, and the reader cannot
connect the role of the case in articulating the problem.
The report did not meet the standards of technical writing with regards to citations and the
bibliography. Also, the report is brief and fails to articulate essential aspects linking Sarah’s
case to the available evidence. In conclusion, a variety of issues need to be considered to
make the report informative and reliable.
