INTRODUCTION
The present report has been based on reflection which means writing about the activities that has
been learned from the case study. Along with this, the report has been based on type of research
and the skills required to cover the project and make it appropriate. Moreover, the study will
discuss about the way case study will impact on research.

Presenting reflection on case study
Throughout the case study I have analysed that Isabelle has been trying to make research
project on manager of the company and the way it deals with pressure in workplace as well as
what kind of coping strategies has been used by them. Although Isabelle have conducted
research and then found out that there is need to make use of two theories such as world of
practice and theory. I have realized that there are two type of research in like primary and
secondary scholar can make use of one of the method in order to find the relevant data for the
project. Moreover, before making the research topic it is important to write down the title, aims
and objectives as it will allow the reader to known about what has been covered in the project
and how it is useful for them (Fang, Liu and Liu, 2022). In addition to this, I have gained
knowledge that there two types of research which need to be adopt by scholar in order to gather
information. The two methods are known as qualitative and quantities. The qualitative is known
as type of research theories are used as it mainly related with theoretical approaches whereas in
case of quantities method deals with numerical data such as facts and figures. Although I have
identified in the case that Isabelle has been adopted for qualitative method as it is not very good
in statistical approach. However, it is crucial for scholar to research about the topic in order to
known what kind of research type it will be requiring.
Moreover, I have found that Isabelle has adopted for qualitative method as its topic is
related to management and there are various theories and framework related to it. However, I
have learned that there are various techniques which has been used by scholar such as data
collection tactics, data analysis techniques and structure of report (Russell and et.al., 2020).

analysis in which collected information are presented in graphical manner or in form of chart.
The data from questioner the numerical form of data is presented and interpreted so that reader
can understand as well as in case of interview response of candidates are presented in good
manner (Choi, 2020). Moreover, for data analysis software like excel is used to make charts and
graphs as well as to calculate the collected information. Although for making the research project
look effective scholar need to have searching skill, technical and writing skill. Research ability
helps in finding out relevant data for the study and make the project look more authentic whereas
writing skill helps in presenting the matter in attractive manner. Although technical skill is must
as in most of the research it asks for Gantt chart so knowledge of excel help in solving
numerical data.
