The case study deals with the valued accomplishments regarding the project
management officer (PMO) of an organization. In this case, the PMO is Ron Jacobsen who
deals with the three most significantly accomplished values that are well explained with the
further flow of the report. These three accomplishments incorporates three major concerns
that are provided with values form Jacobsen. Firstly, the accomplishment is depicted with the

efficiency of PM processes are accomplished irrespective of complexity as well as size and
lastly the overall business results are stated in this report.
2. Accomplishments

is said to be the effective processes that can maximize the positive capabilities of the proper

2.3 Achievement of the successful business results
The above stated constraints regarding the project management strategies are depicted
as one of the most important strategies. The most significant strategy that tends to provide
ample success to the overall project (Schwalbe, 2015). The effective project management
tools that are to be implemented within the environment of a project is said to provide the
level of success to the stated project irrespective of the project size as well as the
complexities that are associated with the project. However the transformation of the software
engineers into project managers are not stated effective due to the significant issues as stated
in section 2.1.

Thus, the above report states the significant accomplishments as stated in the case
