Furthermore, we were there by being asked in order to explore the case study through which
the theoretical part provided that a proper interpersonal skills and effective communication is
needed to manage the compassion, respect and dignity. Within the nutshell I also gained to
enhance my problem-solving skills by critically analysing the ideas and finding the remedies
to bring the solutions in a better manner. We also enhanced our individual learning skills. I
gain the knowledge that all the patients are required to be treated with proper care and time
and also this helps me out to collect a depth knowledge regarding the topics. Through this
case study I explored the complex and the real issues which are being faced by the
individuals. As this managed my inner strength and also explore my effective learning with a
perspective idea for taking decisions. This also improve my participation skills in the learning
process and also strengthen my team working in the healthcare sectors as I acknowledge that
in order to manage the work teamwork is an important core element in the healthcare
department. I also gained the adaptive knowledge regarding the elimination of barriers in my

performance and along with it to manage the teamwork, motivation, leadership that is being
improved in my nature and behaviour.
