tasks is to collect information about a topic so you need to focus on information gathering from
relevant and reliable sources. Also, collecting information is key in all types of projects and

Can you please implement this and solve my issue.
Coach: sure!
Client: Can you please begin with this so that I can solve this issue.
Coach: the first stage of this model includes the goal wherein the goal will be set which
must be challenging as well as inspiring. The first stage is all about setting the object, so the
client you must tell me what is the your goal.
Client: my goal is to manage my time and learn the time management skill/
Coach: Now that your goal is set, now it is time to move to others stage which is reality.
This will include discussing about the present situation and what are the barriers which is being
existed between current and the achievement of the goal. Now can you please elaborate about
this.
Client: currently I am facing issue in meeting y deadlines as I am unable to submit my
assignments and projects on time. Also I am always late for my lectures which leaves the
negative impression in the minds of my professors and classmates.
Coach: Are there any barriers which you are facing presently?
Client: there are few barriers which I am facing right now which includes to manage to
wake up early in the morning. I am a lazy person so this is my biggest weakness. But my biggest
strength is that I have the potential to give my best and do everything but my laziness becomes
hurdle in my time management.
Coach: OK! Now we must focus on its solution rather than blaming. So the next stage
includes options which involves exploration of various options available to move ahead. There
are different options which I can suggest you so that you can overcome this issue. This includes
firstly to prepare as well as maintain the schedule. Firstly, prepare a time table and start
following it in a strict manner. Divide your daily activities into different time zones and start
working on it. Time management is a continuous process and it can be developed with regular
practice only so you just prepare the schedule and start working on it. The next option is to
prepare the targets for yourself and start your giving and try to finish your work as per the set
targetted time. This will help you to pro0mote the self motivation as well as confidence so that
your personal satisfaction is enhanced and productivity is increased.
Client: I have tried this option earlier but I failed.

Coach: the best way for you is to keep your superiors, family or friends ready so that they
can monitor your working and in case, you miss a deadline, they must give you a punishment or
something so that you can strictly follow it. There must be someone present to control your
working so that you can get serious to follow it.
Client: OK! I will try to maintain the schedule and work on it so that I can adopt the time
management skill in me.
Coach: The last stage is now will which involves agreeing on the specific actions as well
as time frame. It also includes setting the reporting and accountability. This must involve the
checking on the commitment level and also revisiting the steps so that any loopholes, if found,
can be closed on time.
Client: OK! Lets revisit the goal so my main objective is to build the time management
ability for me so that I can personally and professional grow in this competitive world.
Coach: Yes, your major goal is to inculcate the time management skill. So this can be
done by prioritising your work, preparing schedule and working on it. There must be feedback
taken from your family, friends and superiors on your progress so that your performance can be
evaluated and you can get an idea as to what you are being doing or at what level you have
developed this skill.
Client: I will try to follow each of these solutions.
