the workplace and it also affects the performance of the employees, lack of teamwork and morale
of the employees get also down due to poor communication. Poor communication also affects
the profits of the organisation. The breakdown in the communication can effect and also may

Collaborative effort: if anybody working in the project and also the leader of the team not able to
define the roles of others, and deadline and also flame on them on the result. The solution for this
type of issue is that the team leader has to define the role of individuals in the team and mention
the timelines for the project clearly to the team members.
Closed loops: This is happen when one department has failed to communicate with the other
department for the major project this will conduct misunderstanding between the two
departments and finally it leads to the infighting between in these two. The solution for this is to
appoint the lead communicators from the different departments and there work is to transfer
information to other departments on time (Tongchaiprasit and Ariyabuddhiphongs, 2016).
Unchecked gossip: This is like circulating of rumours in the office and after listening to this

not. The solution for this type of issues is that to stop listening to these stupid rumors and have

Let's take the example of Yahoo's poor communication at it's in office and this has become
famous worldwide. The poor communication always leads to some conflicts and also it affects
the organisation. Here in the Yahoo, the head of the HR sent the internal memo to their
employees regarding the work from home condition and this memo was leaked all around the
world. In the memo the head of the HR told to the employees that work from home and or
telecommunicating is the option in the future and said to employees to relocate to an office those
who work remotely or otherwise, leave the office (Jiang and Men, 2017). This type of
communication strongly gives the negative reaction and also this poorly constructed memo
cannot explain the justification and it leads to the national conversation the frustrated employees
launch this conversation at the national level this conversation is about the work from home
policies. After two months of the memo leaked the CEO of this company Marissa Mayer broke
their silence on the last conversation CEO said that the company does not want to discuss the
internal matters. This poor communication leads to affect Yahoo's reputation among the
employees (Terry, et. al. 2015). The employees of Yahoo's always working hard for the
betterment of the company but the communication like this get effects somewhat. This type of
conversation leads to a lack of teamwork and also the moral of the employees get also down after
reading this memo. This will affect their long term goals in favour of the company and may
