As per the analysis of case study, the other health issue which is associated with the patient Zack
Colin is he is dealing with hypertension, type-2 diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidaemia and so on.
Moreover, they can create more complication and consequence which may create more issue
along with the causing infection (Cardel and et. al., 2020).
THREE HEALTH ISSUE
Hypertension: As per the evaluation of case study, this is identified the Zack Colin face issue
with their increase blood pressure. This can create more complication with patient which may
create issue with blood pressure.
Diabetes: This is also associated with the patient, which may cause weak immune due the
pathophysiological condition in which they concentrate on various aspect and due to lack of
insulin the sugar level is not much acceptable by body (Saisho and et. al., 2018).
Obesity: This is usually main cause of enhancing issue in the body, obesity trigger hypertension
and diabetes elongation because the enough adipose tissue can issue with health of Zack Colin.
IMPORTANCE

happen in individual and as according to this, the medication and therapeutic plan is
