Interviewee: “Greetings of the day, Sir.”
Interviewer: “Thank You, please be seated!”

Interviewer: “Okay, could we proceed the interview?”
Interviewee: “Yes sure, Sir!”
Interviewer: “Alright. So in your opinion, what abilities should a Catering manager must
possess belonging to hospitality industry and of large administration like ours?”
Interviewee: “According to me conversation skill is the most essential element that is required
for a manager. Moreover, financing and budgeting advancement is also required to be possessed
by a catering manager. Furthermore, a catering manager should also be a problem solver.”
Interviewer: “In your opinion, what approaches you would take to solve a conflict between
employees?”
Interviewee: “The first responsibility as Catering manager is to listen and communicate with
my employees. As my communication skills will allow me to provide them platform for putting
their opinions which will make them feel sense of belonging. This will enhance their
productivity and efficient working.”
Interviewer: “How would you manage finance and budgeting of hotel which will be helpful for
our organisation?”
Interviewee: “As catering manager of such a large organisation I have responsibilities of
managing budget analytically. This strategy will help me to develop a good budget plan which
will allow me to generate profit for company.”
Interviewer: “Alright, you can leave. Thank you for coming!”
Interviewee: “Thank you so much for your time. I hope to get word from you soon!”

Strengths:
Interviewee was very confident and have an effective communication skills. Have a wide knowledge about the field of catering (Wang., 2021).
Weaknesses:
Lack in some knowledge about new rules and regulation in food industry.
The person was not dressed professionally.

CONCLUSION
