INTRODUCTION
Strategic marketing planning is the systematic process of creating a strategy for
marketing in the business that highlights company’s objectives, their programs that will be useful
to accomplish those goals. In addition to this, it will also create clarification about who is
responsible for metrics and at what time company will be achieving goals. The major importance
of this planning is to focus on the essential things in the company to business market. This will
also try to develop things to help company reach their targets. Cavendish coffee company is
situated in Bristol, the company sells tea, soft drinks, coffee and bakery item cakes. The present
report will provide detailed information about current position of the firm. The report will
identify challenges and risk faced by the coffee company. Furthermore, it will give
recommendations and also reflection along with assessing its weaknesses and strengths for

its customer but it was not as effective and efficient as the coffee shop supply chains. In short,
the firm is facing issue in its supply chain management, and therefore needs to recover as soon as
possible says manager of the company.
SWOT analysis
Strengths- Nowadays, the coffee shop has good target market and customers who like to
drink coffee require high quality service such as good sitting arrangements, clean tables and
place. It’s because of these facilities the any coffee company can improve its customer base as it

people loves to drink coffee, the coffee shop can make direct relationship with customers who

Opportunities- Due to corona virus pandemic, the business market has faced a lot of
challenges so does Cavendish. As many companies are allowing their employees work from

opportunity to expand its business and find out various strategies in order to attract more new
clients. For example- company can attract students by offering them coupons or discounts as
