Beer is an alcoholic beverage that is often made from malted cereal grain such as barley, brewed
by slow fermentation and flavoured with hops and is widely consumed throughout the world.
The industry focuses on the colour, flavour and smell of the beer so as to produce the best quality
which is needed by the consumers. They also need to choose their market wisely so that they can
have easy transportation and distribution. Over the years, they have not been using an efficient
method in the beer production but with the rise of the new technology, the industry has embraced
cavitation as a technology(Barty,,2010). Cavitation is the scientific way to improve the beer
making process by formation of tiny bubbles of vapour inside the liquid. Scientists came up with
this technology to change the way beer is fermented for the production of an exemplary type and
taste of beer.
