MODIFIED CHANGE MANAGEMENT PLAN
After conducting the meeting there is a few modification in the Change management
plan in the context of adoption of the technology so that the company can get more positive
outcomes. There is a modification in the budget planning as a team member is facing several
problems in context of financial stability full stop so after analysing all the areas the
organisation is doing modification in their budget planning so that they can effectively
implement The Change management plan. In addition to this there is a modification in the
team which are decided by the manager as some employees are facing several problems
because they are not capable to implement the strategy so that managers of the organisation
decided to modified their teams according to the capabilities and responsibilities of the
workers
