Business process models
Business process modeling for the CC music firm will play an essential role in the
management and system engineering of the music activities hence will contribute to the success
of the CC music firm. The model is necessary for every profit-making firm since it improves the
efficiency of the services offered by that particular organization, enforces the best practice
among the stakeholders and also enhances transparency within the organization; therefore, CC
music firm should consider the process model to ensure continuity and profitability of the
organization. To summarize, the business process model is defined as the company's graphical
representation of the business activities or the workflow within the company as a means of
identifying the potential improvements and threats which might negatively impact the operations
of the business.
The business process model is much beneficial for the CC music firm in that it will
enhance transparency within the organization. The issue of transparency is linked to honesty

the effective management of the firm. This is evidenced by the fact that both Chris and Clive
were professional music teachers in their previous schools and also the willingness of the
daughter and niece to help in management duties.
Business process model used by the CC music firm in managing the activities of the
organization has been identified as the workflow diagram models since it specifies the duties of
every stakeholder within the organization, thus ensure smooth operations of the business. A
workflow diagram business model is the visual representation of the process usually done
through the flowcharts as it applies standardized symbols to represent various steps needed for
completion of the steps.

From the diagram, Chris and Clive will perform the overall management duties by supervising

groups. The order interaction business model diagram is simple and easy to understand since it
defines the order flow within the organization through various departments hence facilitates

nonprofit and profit-making organizations, since with stability in the market, and there is free
