2. Strategic Analysis for the CC Music Business
The CC Music has been considered as one of the most popular business names within the
music industry. The primary business owners are Chris and Clive. These managers hold the
major responsibility to manage the very aspects of the business. These managers are also
responsible for publicising the business and growth of the sector. They maintain the several
business aspects and also help in promoting the music performances of their brand (Parry,
VendrellHerrero and Bustinza 2014). The business owners are responsible for dealing with the
booking preferences of customers. CC Music also receives different business contracts and make
cheque payments.
CC Music also own a popular business website that helps in providing sustainability to
the environment of the existing business. In the present times, it has been highly seen that CC
Music should include some popular features within the pre-existing website (Afuah 2014). The

During the process of writing of the current report, I have gained a vast knowledge over
the use of open source software and other important applications for any concerned business. In
the discussed case study, I have been able to put major focus over the business scenario for CC
Music. I have understood the basic concerns and have researched through a range of different
applications. I have gained research and performed analysis over the use of different social
media platforms. Some of the platforms for social media such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
would prove to be of great help towards implementing within the context of the business of CC
Music. The use of the social media platforms would help in the promotion of various events that
would uplift the business platform.
The other kind of focus was mainly based on the use of Open Source Software within the
