COAST TO COUNTRY PARKS (CCP)
1 INTRODUCTION
In this system implementation plan an integrated IT Service Desk will be implemented for Coast
to Country Parks. In this aspects the main aim of implementing this system is gaining a
sustainable market share with the other larger caravan clubs. In overall this system will help the
Coast to Country Parks to remain competitive within the market by utilization of the IT systems.
2 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
2.1 Outline of system components and deliverables
In this aspect IT service support system will be developed for the Coast to County park
organization. The main intention of this IT service support system is integrating IT service desk
for better serving the customers and it will be considered as the next range products. AS the
main aim of this system providing a better customer satisfaction various of customer centric
services will be provided through this system. Wi-Fi service will be provided to the customers
for internet services. With that for the customers a new smart card system will be introduced
through this projected system. Mobile application development is also a part of this system
implementation plan. Also, IT marketing system will be implemented in the areas of customer
relationship management.
2.2 Pre-implementation requirements
For this project of IT Service Management there are various of prerequisites which need to be
followed properly. In this aspect first of all the project lifecycle need to be reviewed, whether
it feasible or not. With that project guiding principles and project goals need to be developed.
The total cost of the project also need to be prepared in this case. Various of networking
equipments are needed in this case which includes the some important software and
hardware. Before implementing this new system proper training also need to be provided to
the employees of the organization so that they will be familiarize with the newly implemented
system.
2.3 Site-specific requirements
Currently, to complete the project there are some site specific requirements. The main three
site of the current project are the networking, communication system upgrade and improving
the customer relation and administration.
For the networking purpose the main requirements are described below.
Wi-Fi modules are required in this case.
A system with Kali Linux operating system needed for the project to test the network
penetration.
An ISP of the internet service provider is needed in this case for accessing the internet.
For the communication and Hardware and Software upgrade main requirement discussed
below.
VoIP service need to be implemented which requires an internet connection. A
standard 512 KBPS will be enough for a reliable VoIP connection.
Wireless printers is required for effective printing operations.
High latency system is required for accessing the data quickly.
New Windows 10 system need to be purchased for upgrading the existing PC.

For a good customer relation and administration important requirements are discussed below.
In this aspects good mobile app development facility is required for a good mobile app
experience of the customers. For that developers can be hired or contract can be made
with the some app developing consultancy.
Training must be provided to the employees regarding the ITIL principles for
implementation of the service desk.
Backend system need to be developed for supporting the administrative functions.
3 MANAGEMENT OF SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION
3.1 Description of Implementation
Here within the major section some important tasks that need to be done. In this aspect
initiation of the project must be done first. The important hardware requirements will be
identified in this section and criteria for successful completion of the project will be defined.
3.2 Major Tasks
The main aim of this system is implementing IT service support for IT Service Desk. In this
project aspect first Wi-Fi systems need to be implemented throughout all the parks and head
office. For implementing the Wi-Fi system Wi-Fi routers and a switch need to be implemented
through which all the network connection will be controlled. Wall mount router will be
implemented for both the parks and the head office and the implementation will be done by
an expert group. Management will bear all the expenses.
The network penetration will be also done by a group of expert and through this security of
the network will be assessed.
Internet connection will be taken from the local ISP through fiber connection and the
implementation work will be done by ISP itself.
Windows 10 OS will be purchased from the official website of the Microsoft. The cost of the
OS will be provided by the management of CCP. This system will be installed by IT department
of the organization.
Training will be provided to the employees regarding the ITIL principles and for that some
external training providers will be hired. The cost of the training will be provided by the
management of CCP.
