attachment even considers the inflexibility of the design, damping of trembling due to the speed
of the motor and stress analysis of the critical part of the design. This design is analyzed on the

There were various mechanical faults or problems in the design and fabrication of the

successful. The main problem that was occurring was during the design of the wheel. This was
the most important part of the entire project. If the wheel of the grinding attachment of lathe
machine will not work properly, the entire machine will not work and the user will not be able to
use the machine. The second problem that occurred was the wrong selection of the equipments.
The team member, who was responsible for the perfect selection of the equipments, made a
completely wrong list and the entire project was at stake. The third problem occurred while
designing the motor of the machine. The motor of the lathe machine is responsible for the overall
productivity. If this motor will not be designed properly, it is evident that the entire machine will
not be set up and will not work.

I was happy as I was able to solve all the problems of the project with my skills of

to my supervisor for utilizing soft wheels. Hard wheels increases the complexities and the soft
