This report presents a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis investigating heat transfer in various fin configurations. The study employs SolidWorks for geometry modeling and ANSYS Fluent for simulation. Different fin arrangements are designed and meshed, followed by defining material properties, boundary conditions, and performing calculations. The K-epsilon turbulence model is used for its computational efficiency. The analysis focuses on evaluating temperature contours, velocity vectors, and streamlines for each configuration to determine the most effective design for heat dissipation. The results highlight the temperature distribution and fluid flow characteristics, providing insights into optimizing fin design for thermal management.
