IntroductionIntroduction
• This study is on modern technology. Today,
technology is very important as used for
everything which includes such as
televisions, mobile phones, computers and
others. The evolution of technology is
beneficial for humans for several reasons as
it helps in increasing the productivity of
every industry in the world

• McDonald's is an American fast food
company founded in 1940 as a
restaurant operated by Richard and
Maurice in San Bernardino,
California, united states. It is best
known for hamburgers,
cheeseburgers, French fries, chicken
products, soft drinks, wraps and
desserts.

Introduction of Modern technology
Artificial intelligence- It is also known as
machine intelligence as it reacts and acts
same like a human when it have a sufficient
information. McDonald used this technology
to replace human servers with voice based
technology which helps in making ordering
process more efficient. It is computer
simulation of human intelligence in
machines that are programmed to think like
humans and mimic their actions.

Challenges Before The Introduction Of
Modern Technology
Pressure to run large corporations- Before the introduction of technology the
McDonald faces pressure to run large corporations like a start up as natural
human tendency is seek comfort and rest. Technology introduces change and
new practices that cause resistance in upper and executive level management
(Koohi-Fayegh and et. al., 2020).

ConclusionConclusion
• Modern technology is the advancement of old technology with the introduction of
new additions and modifications. It has impacted in every area of our daily lives
and directly or indirectly related to technological advancement. In today, times
technology is very useful in every field of activity but at the same time it has also
created serious consequences on health of human beings.
