INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the continuous process which is used by a person who have
knowledge and skills about arranging and managing human resources. In all companies
management is playing the important role as it analysis the needs of their customers provide
them different benefits which develop the organizational profitability. In other words, talent
management is used to attract, influencing and retaining the high quality of employees which can
help to maintain the higher productivity (Opazo-Basáez, Vendrell-Herrero and Bustinza, 2019).
The management should have ability to perform well and motivate the employees which can help
to develop the organizational performance. To understand about this Bentley Motors has been
selected that is automobile sector, manufacturing the different model of cars for their customers
with the help to their employees. Current organization is facing the challenges due to talent
management that affects the organizational productivity negatively. The present report covers
different topics to discuss such aims, objectives, project management plan, work break down
structure, small scale research, presenting data using techniques, communication and
recommendation.

involves employees who get the work done timely and increase the business performance. The
main purpose of talent management is to identify, recruit, and hold on the people to drive the
organizational success. Bentley Motors is the British manufacturer of luxury cars and SUVs,
headquarter in England, UK. This organization was founded by W.O. Bentley in 1919 for the
purpose of manufacturing different model of cars. This can help to run the business by engaging
all employees in activities and adopting the new technology and process which can help to
develop the organizational productivity (Ruben, Adwa, and Zakaria, 2020). Without employees
it might be difficult for organization to run their business and accomplish the goals and

needed term which means having number of employees at the workplace and performing their
task by using skills and abilities. This is the process of influencing, attracting, directing, and
managing the in organization so that they can perform all functions and activities. The
employees are the backbone of company as management share their ideas for getting their
opinion to accomplish the goals in certain time which can help to develop the organizational
performance. In other words, managing talent is a methodology of getting the right talent
onboard and supports to grow their optimum capabilities by keeping organizational objectives in
mind. This impacts positively on organization performance as management decide the goals and
share with their employees which helps to manage the all functions and activities effectively. In
context to Bentley Motors, management is playing important role who conduct the analysis and
introduce different process of talent management which can help to attracts and arrange the
people at the workplace and complete the work effectively.

According to Mosteanu (2020), Managing is the main term and aspect for any business as it
can make and break the workplace. This is the organic way of doing business activities and
raising the productivity. Management is playing important role as it formulate the plans, organise
and control the functions effectively. A person who have good knowledge and skills to fill the
needs of employees and handling the problems is known as manager. If there is no management

context to Bentley Motors, different challenge faced due to lack of talent management that are
defined as:
Lack of communication: Due to lack of management employer and employees of Bentley
Motors facing the problem of improper communication which affected the organizational
performance and working abilities of employees as they do not perform their functions properly.
Lack of leadership: If there is no management then employees face the problem of
leadership that create the challenges in accepting new technology and changes at the workplace

Increasing employee turnover – This is major issues for each organization that their

Better recruiting – Companies are facing the problem of recruitment which creates the
higher level of competition and affecting the business productivity. The management of Bentley
Motors use the recruiting software to enables organization for tracking and organizing the
employees at the right place which can help to develop the organizational performance.

The types of research are explained below:
Qualitative method- This method relies on data and information obtained by researcher
in the form of words, emotions and non-numerical data which can help to managing all activities
and performance effectively. The functions and activities are represented in tables, graphs. Pie
charts and etc. which can help to complete the project timely. This become an easy method to
interpret the data by using graphs, pie chart and others that support study and managing all
activities effectively (Meyers and et.al., 2020).
Quantitative method This method of research can be determined as continuous
method of collecting and analysing numerical data which used to finding patterns, making
predictions, testing, and getting the results by using different method which can help to complete
the research and managing higher performance. In other words, this method expressed in
numerical terms that provide the relevant and accurate data about the topic and supports to reach
the positive outcomes.
From the both method, Quantitative research method is going to use by researcher that
will help to know what challenges faced by different sector in relation to talent management and
how it can be used to get more benefits. This provides the numerical data which can be
