INTRODUCTION
Professional development is defined as the Enhancement and the improvement in the
individuals skill the individuals skills so that they can meet their needs. This also assists the
people to improve their knowledge and skills by which they can meet out their goals. This
professional development of the individual shows the path and create a vision for the success by
which an individual can climb for the growth. In order to develop the individual career, It is
significant to have the 3rd have the certain skills vibrate planning can be done and better
networks can the networks can be built which also includes the learning from the understanding
and experience with others. This reflective report must cover the reflection of certain
challenges(Udugama and et. al., 2018).
MAIN BODY
Apprentice Challenge
This is the challenge that is aimed to improvise the skills of communication and they can
inspire the team who can generate a new ideas. When I was studying, I came up with this
challenge in my college that is London school of Science and Technology(LSST). Going through
this challenge I have developed certain skills
Communication skills- It is the way by which the individual can transfer their message
to the other person in order to make them Understand So as a student I have tried hard
that I can develop this skill which helped me to communicate with my team. And also
help me in accomplishing certain challenges without going through a critical situation. I
was conducting a certain task and in which communication skills help me in transferring
my information to my teammates clearly so that there can be a clarity with the work.
Teamwork- According to me timber is teamwork is vital because no department or a
goal can be achieved without a team work or a coordination among the people. So as a
student this skill helped me in dividing my challenges which is ultimately assist me to
work effectively and in initial stages my timber skills were weak but with the going
through it I have gradually developed certain set of skills by Working with
others(Solomon, 2020).
Time Management skills- When a certain task has been completed then it we've
completed then it retain its effectiveness so this is the significant skill which the

individual must have. As time management help me in being disciplined in my
professional and personal life by which I am able to accomplish my given task within a
set time frame.
Business skills and competencies developed- As a student enhancing certain skills and
competencies is a big challenge but it also involve Accomplishment of a specific
challenge. By developing business competencies and skills I was able Take better
decision which can be beneficial for my personal and professional development relevant
and leads to overcome certain adverse situation.
Presentation Challenge
It is the process of delivering individual individual thoughts on a particular topic to the
large group of audience. When I was employed in Tesco, I have given up presentation in which I
have faced a challenge where I was not able to communicate what I have learn and what I have
grabbed a information to the customer. It is known that Tesco is the leading company that is
operating in gentlemen merchandise and groceries, So I have to meet with the customer and help
them with the services(Natvig and Stark, 2016).
Communication skills- When I was working with the Tesco, I have developed effective
communication skills so it is so that I can explain my thoughts and the information to the
people who come to the store of Tesco with the purpose of shopping. This certain skills
play a significant role in my professional development as I able to solve a problem of not
communicating effectively with the customers.
Teamwork- . It is a significant skill as an individual professional must require when he
or she is planning to work in an organization. When I was working with Tesco, I was able
to develop such skill by interacting with my colleagues and teammates so that the
confusion can be clear and I can effectively coordinate and cooperate with my teammates
to get a better output.
Time Management skills- . It is significant to have a effective time management and
when I was a part of Tesco, I was able to accomplish a certain task within the set time
frame by which I can reach to my target and this skill develop when I was able to give
equal and propose date time to all the sabbath the sabbath and I and I was able to manage
every customer who come to shop with the store of Tesco so this respective skill helped
me In meeting out my challenge(Harding, 2020).

Business skills and competencies developed- . In the professional life, business skills
and competencies have a major role and when I was employed in Tesco I got a
presentation challenge in which I am not able to accomplish it and with the help of
certain skills and competencies that includes quick problems solving and decision
making. So when, I'm dealing with the customer I have to narrate certain description of
the caven product and gradually these competences were developed.
T-Shirt Challenge
This is the challenge that is about to launching a new T-shirt. I was interested to the role
in which I have to launch a new T-shirt that is being demonstrated demonstrated a brand and a
logo of the particular organization. This respective challenge lead to develop various skills that
are given below
Communication skills- I was given a chance to launch the T-shirt and with the help of
communication skill and I was working with my marketing department which conduct
the market research which is done by me with the team so that I can develop this skill at a
certain time.
Teamwork- This respective skill was developed when I was working with the teammates
and I have to coordinate with the other people all so who are working within the same
department so that I can successfully meet out with the challenge. When in market
research is being conducted, It is being shared with the everyone so that new strategy can
help the people to develop the skill(Becker and Stone, 2020).
Time Management skills- When I was working for a T-shirt challenge, I can develop
this skills as I have to work according to the assigned task so I developed my discipline in
my working as my boss was very strict and punctual with the given task so I'll have to
develop this is skilled due to my boss.
Business skills and competencies developed- By understanding this skill, I was able to
develop a professionalism within me so that I can interact with the customer and
convince them to shop the respective T-shirt. Such business skills were developed by me
as I was undergoing with the respected challenge and I have to take the decision on a
quick spot.

Branding
When I was undergoing with the presentation skill I have to communicate and develop
this skill well with help me in bending for the given product. As, I was engaged in dealing with
the customers so, I need this skills by which I can give exact information to the others so that
better branding can be done by me.
Finance
When I was going through a challenge of a shirt, then I develop a time management skill
that is being utilized by my finance department where I have to make a financial plan that can be
completed within the time and timber skill help me in making a budget for all the department and
by which I can communicate and coordinate to every departmental head.
Operations
While working for our operations department, I have used my time management skill by
which I successfully completed a given task given task and I was working with the production
department I'll able to attain a certain target by which efficiency can be gained in the given work.
Tuck man's Theory on Teamwork
This respective theory is being targeted targeted on a 5 stages of development of it's a
development of respective team that is being establish and formed by Bruce Tuckman in the year
1965 (Solomon, 2020). The stages of team development is discussed below- Forming- It is the 1st stage in which the team is being made and Emery member have to
make interaction with the other member in the form of giving instructions to the team. Storming- It is the stage in which all the members of team are able to know and
understand about the attributes of their teammates(Argüello and Méndez, 2019) . Norming- In this stage that show the strength of the team and start noticing each other
so that they can contribute to the given work. Performing- In respective stage the members became motivated confidence with the
given project and and team is built and working with better better mindset and action
plan.

Adjourning- It involves wrapping the final task. This is the last stage in which the Project
is ended and the team is disbanded after a certain goal is being attained.
ACTION PLAN
The SMART goal for enhancing the communication skill is- Specific- The goal is to have a better communication skill by which I can improvise my
presentation skills. Measurable- The goal must be measured by by overall performance of mine that I have
used this skill for the further development and improvement. Achievable- I will achieve this skill by learning various courses so that I can effectively
improvise my communication skill. Relevant- To measure the reliability liability I will take many certificate so that this can
justify my relevance.
Time frame- I will learn this skill within the period of 6 months.

CONCLUSION
