1. Introduction
Entrepreneurship is an aspect that gives rise to new businesses globally. It can be said that the
propensity of individuals to cater to idea generation of business development. The latter helps in
bolstering the capability of the economy of the country where there is rise of business activities.
The aim of the paper is to propose and present some of the main challenges that are faced by
young Entrepreneurs and family businesses while they operate and establish business operations
while operating in Abu Dhabi where there is an evident education and wealth gap which leads to
unequal development of Entrepreneurship (Burns, 2016). The paper will help in evaluation of the
challenges and opportunities that have been will be faced while the initiative is being carried out.
The viability of the same will be established with the objectives and the scope of the issue will be
enumerated with the help of a literature review after which the proposed timeline will be
provided.

It can be said that the Arab communities have been well struck by development of issues such as
poverty, unequal spread of education that leads to illiteracy in one section of the economy, wide
spread diseases and violence. The occurrence of the latter helps in gaining increased gap between

8. Methodology

The philosophy of the research must be analysed in order to gain in depth understanding of the
ideas regarding the development of the philosophies that are associated with the research. They
are, the philosophy of positivism, realism and interpretivism. Positivism is a research philosophy
that helps in gaining in depth knowledge about a certain aspect of a study (Vaioleti, 2006). While
positivism deals with the depth of the knowledge, interpretivism deals with the development of
the activities such as the functions and management of the same. Realism is an approach that is
associated with the development of activities (Rossi & Sleat, 2014). In this study, the aim of the
research will be evaluated using the theory of positivism which would help in the investigation
of the issues in a critical manner. Positivism is an aspect that is developed from experiences that
are deemed to be sensory in nature (Villa, 2016). Thus, the other two possible research
philosophies have been omitted from acceptance as the latter depends on the perceptions of
individual which might vary highly.

The design of the research can be of three type. It can either be analytical, it can be explanatory
and it can also be exploratory. Analytical research design is used to evaluate and gain
understanding regarding a particular study in a descriptive manner (Creswell & Poth, 2017). On

primary stages of the research that is being conducted. The research that is explanatory in nature
is used to link or justify the relationship that exist between the variables that are being considered
while carrying out a research. The research design that is being used for the following research is
an analytical research design.

8.3 Data collection method
The viability of the study will be carried out and completed by using both secondary and primary
sources. Secondary data will be obtained from the help online and printed sources while the
primary sources of data will be obtained with the help of interviews and surveys. Both sources of
data will be critically evaluated will be evaluated in order to gain understanding regarding the
main aim and scope of the study.
8.4 Sampling methods and sample size
Simple random sampling will be the method that will be used in order to develop proper
understanding of the study. Apart from the said technique, sampling techniques such as
probabilistic and non-probabilistic sampling would be used to gain deep understanding regarding
the study. Managerial and executive level employees who are associated to the Mohammed Bin
Rashid Al Maktoum Global program will be critically evaluated in order to gain deep
understanding regarding the issue that is being catered to in the research apart from survey that
will be conducted in over 100 home based and small scale businesses in the United Arab
Emirates.
8.5 Data Analysis Technique
The analysis of the data that will be carried out in order to interpret the data from the surveys and
the interviews would be in the form of percentages, ratios and numeric data that has been
collected. The latter would be compiled with the help of charts and graphs along with
presentation in pictorial formats. The qualitative data that has been obtained in the following
research will be evaluated with the help of thematic approach and the interviews will be
compared after they are written down (McKenzie, Adams & Janowicz, 2013).

The viability of the study will be carried out and completed by using both secondary and primary
sources. Secondary data will be obtained from the help online and printed sources while the
primary sources of data will be obtained with the help of interviews and surveys. Both sources of
data will be critically evaluated will be evaluated in order to gain understanding regarding the
main aim and scope of the study.
8.4 Sampling methods and sample size
Simple random sampling will be the method that will be used in order to develop proper
understanding of the study. Apart from the said technique, sampling techniques such as
probabilistic and non-probabilistic sampling would be used to gain deep understanding regarding
the study. Managerial and executive level employees who are associated to the Mohammed Bin
Rashid Al Maktoum Global program will be critically evaluated in order to gain deep
understanding regarding the issue that is being catered to in the research apart from survey that
will be conducted in over 100 home based and small scale businesses in the United Arab
Emirates.
8.5 Data Analysis Technique
The analysis of the data that will be carried out in order to interpret the data from the surveys and
the interviews would be in the form of percentages, ratios and numeric data that has been
collected. The latter would be compiled with the help of charts and graphs along with
presentation in pictorial formats. The qualitative data that has been obtained in the following
research will be evaluated with the help of thematic approach and the interviews will be
compared after they are written down (McKenzie, Adams & Janowicz, 2013).
