INTRODUCTION
This essay has the view point of the present scenario where today's
knowledge temples that the school are facing too many problems regarding the
various subject matters like maintaining good environment, schools turning into
professionals buildings etc.
TASK 1
 Ensuring good teaching and learning
teaching has always been one of the more efficient, time taking and respected work. The
knowledge tellers are always being the first need of the society because they are the one who
make the society aware of all knowledgable truth present. Teaching is not a easy business. It
includes lots of effort, hard work, patience, and knowledge to convey it to any other person. But
now a days even teaching has became a issue. It it not an easy task now to go for easy and
consistent learning and that is the reason why today's knowledge tells are facing many problems
to share the pot of generosity (Kiggundu and Nayimuli, 2009). Such challenges has been mainly
faced by the school leaders who run the institution of pure knowledge where a lot children get
educated everyday with correct ratio of knowledge. The problems or the challenges which the
upcoming leaders of the school are facing is mainly
Argument in the class:
this became an awful situation for both student and the teacher when a peaceful discussion is
going on and suddenly the opinion of one another clashes. Such clash turns into a big argument
which is not environment friendly to the class and the other students. As the minds of the
students at this stage are very fertile and any bad impact can degrade their environment even the
author (Burns, TShadoian-Gersing2010) says that an argument should always be environment
friendly.
When one student dominant the whole class:
generally it has been seen that the at some of the places one student dominate the whole class
which is a pushover to other students. Such behaviour among the students shall generate the
inferiority complex and wont lead to any more peaceful environment.

Grade complaints:
its is one if the major challenge which has been faced by every school or learning leader. The
prime motive of a teacher is to inculcate the good and accurate knowledge in the students so that
they can prepare well in exams. While the teacher plays its role student doesn't fails to attain the
good grade in the exam of which the complain start coming from the students that they are
getting lower (Kabilan, 2013).
Students excuses:
it is one of the ancient way to make a stoppage towards the continuous learning in the school
which every student had tried in his schooling life. Making excuses and not coming regular to
the classes is the break down to the continuous learning process. And sometimes it became
impossible for the teacher to rectify which excuse has to believable and which not .
To this a school in Maldives called Aminiyya school set a very bad example. It is one of the
largest school for girls in that region whose policy is to provide a systematic learning to the
students with a continuous process. The school builders do not focus on the hurdle they are
facing in continuous learning process from both students and teacher and they do not try to
rectify the problem. This harectification been done in order to raise the quality of education and
to make sure that the student shall get the most of knowledge for his better future.
 Building a School a professional Learning community
school has always been taken as the temple of knowledge where a person of any class of the
society can get the knowledge. There shall no paid knowledge culture in the society because it
will prohibit the students who are economically weak to get the proper education and learning. It
has been seen now a days that most of the knowledge temples are turning into the professional
market of education where only those people will get education who are economically strong and
and can pay for every word of knowledge (Kiggundu, 2011). Besides that the today's school have
started a trend of getting payment on every small school facilities they are supposed to give free.
This bad change has became curse to the society here the knowledge has been sold and bought
by the people of the society. there are several factors which are leading a knowledge institution
towards professional building.
Payment on every service:

school are there to provide knowledge as this is the prime objective of the institution but now a
days schools are asking to pay for every services a student is availing. Giving sports facilities
and sports learning comes under the whole school structure but there are institutions who are
asking to pay for sports facilities too by which the temple of knowledge is leading towards the
professional buildings
No proper Classes:
schools get fees from the student because they make them study. They schedule classes for them
in order to understand chapter of any subjects but it has been seen in some of the schools that
there are no proper classes even on paying the full fledge fees to the school.
Extra activities:
according to Duch, (2005) extra activities are equally important but onl;y extra activities are not
important. The school should know how to maintain the ratio of studies as well as the ratio of
extra activities. As the knowledge enhances the mind power of a student in the same manner a
extra activity enhance his personality (Anasheeda. 2008) describes in his book that for a school it
is really important to balance the equation of activity as well as the studies for the student
because the mind shall only be sharpen when it get balanced proportion of all the act carried out
in the school otherwise sometime it became a pressure on the studies to rather focus on studies or
in other activities.
Socialization:
there shall be socialisation into the school. It is place where new teachers shall be given chance
to join the institution as well as new students too. Not only those student shall get admitted who
are economically strong and can afford or avail all its services. Such a process shall result into a
formation of a professional building rather then the temple of knowledge which is not a good
formation for a society where knowledge is key to success because such professionalism will put
a stoppage on core knowledge amongst the future builders.
 Managing behaviour and attendance ;strategically managing resources and the
environment;

to maintain good behaviour among the students is not the only job but maintaining behaviours
and attendance among the whole family of the school is very important. As school is place of
worship then the atmosphere created over there shall be peaceful and ecofriendly but most of the
school like aminiyya school are failing in maintain such decorum which shall result into bad
rising reputation of it.
One of the great author (Mlatheef and Gupta 2007) has mentioned some strategies to maintain a
good behaviour and attendance in the school and that are,
Rules and procedure:
classroom shall became more orderly place when there shall be set of rules. the management
should create some perfect set of rules for both the teacher and the students. Justify the rules to
the every person so that no one face any problem and the negotiate such rule in case there is need
Teacher and student Relationship:
this form of relationship is one of the purest form of love and knowledge where a teacher shall
try its level best to inculcate all knowledge he has gained thought his life with all the affection
and love towards his student and that is why it became important to maintain the relation of
student and teacher.
Disciplinary intervention:
it is really important to maintain behaviour and regular student to put some disciplinary rule for
the students who are studying in the schools. Restriction or boundations are always necessary as
excess of freedom shall leads to loss and indiscipline environment.
Not only behaviour but maintaining resources and environment strategically is very important. It
is a well known fact that humans have limited amount of resources that is why the person should
use the resources careful or should preserve them in the same manner the school authority are
facing problems in preserving resources and the environment. It is happening because the
strategies, management is using is either old or not working properly which is why every school
is facing the problem of bad environment and lack of resources.

A great author (MoosaD .2013) has shown some of the precautionary measure to maintain a
good environment and to preserve the resources and that are:
Make learning Relevant:
the students should attain the relevant learning by which they can inculcate the right knowledge
about the topic they have been taught
Helping student develop motivation:
according (Burns, TShadoian-Gersing, V.2010) to motivation is very important keyword towards
the success so it the prime strategy towards maintaining environment to promote student with
motivation. Motivation helps in encouraging students for future and re establish their goals and
making them sure.
Reinforcing positive behaviour:
reinforcing and recognizing positive behaviour is very important. It is one of the effective way to
showcase the positive actions amongst the students
thus, these are some of the strategies which will maintain the environment as well ass the
continuous process of learning education which most of the institution is falling to re establish.
Conclusion
With this report it can be concluded that school learning are facing too many problem but they
can be rectify if proper strategies shall be applied by the management with planning and
patience.
