INTRODUCTION
This essay has the view point of the present scenario where today's
knowledge temples that the school are facing too many problems regarding the
various subject matters like maintaining good environment, schools turning into
professionals buildings etc.

Ensuring good teaching and learning
teaching has always been one of the more efficient, time taking and respected work. The
knowledge tellers are always being the first need of the society because they are the one who
make the society aware of all knowledgable truth present. Teaching is not a easy business. It
includes lots of effort, hard work, patience, and knowledge to convey it to any other person. But
now a days even teaching has became a issue. It it not an easy task now to go for easy and
consistent learning and that is the reason why today's knowledge tells are facing many problems
to share the pot of generosity (Kiggundu and Nayimuli, 2009). Such challenges has been mainly
faced by the school leaders who run the institution of pure knowledge where a lot children get
educated everyday with correct ratio of knowledge. The problems or the challenges which the
upcoming leaders of the school are facing is mainly

its is one if the major challenge which has been faced by every school or learning leader. The
prime motive of a teacher is to inculcate the good and accurate knowledge in the students so that
they can prepare well in exams. While the teacher plays its role student doesn't fails to attain the
good grade in the exam of which the complain start coming from the students that they are
getting lower (Kabilan, 2013).
Students excuses:
it is one of the ancient way to make a stoppage towards the continuous learning in the school
which every student had tried in his schooling life. Making excuses and not coming regular to
the classes is the break down to the continuous learning process. And sometimes it became
impossible for the teacher to rectify which excuse has to believable and which not .
To this a school in Maldives called Aminiyya school set a very bad example. It is one of the
largest school for girls in that region whose policy is to provide a systematic learning to the
students with a continuous process. The school builders do not focus on the hurdle they are
facing in continuous learning process from both students and teacher and they do not try to
rectify the problem. This harectification been done in order to raise the quality of education and
to make sure that the student shall get the most of knowledge for his better future.
Building a School a professional Learning community
school has always been taken as the temple of knowledge where a person of any class of the
society can get the knowledge. There shall no paid knowledge culture in the society because it
will prohibit the students who are economically weak to get the proper education and learning. It
has been seen now a days that most of the knowledge temples are turning into the professional
market of education where only those people will get education who are economically strong and
and can pay for every word of knowledge (Kiggundu, 2011). Besides that the today's school have
started a trend of getting payment on every small school facilities they are supposed to give free.
This bad change has became curse to the society here the knowledge has been sold and bought
by the people of the society. there are several factors which are leading a knowledge institution
towards professional building.

it is really important to maintain behaviour and regular student to put some disciplinary rule for
the students who are studying in the schools. Restriction or boundations are always necessary as
