Introduction:
The topic has been selected as a part of the assignment because with high and
competitive market demands all over the globe and within this global environment there are
competitions, expectations and requirement. It is necessary that in a highly competitive global
status business enterprises could meet all the expectations and requirements with the assistance
of effective leadership. The academic journal article and a trade journal article has been selected
for the purpose of this assignment because these journals are the sources by which any research
is published and contains detailed information about any research studies. In this assignment the
chosen articles are-

Discussion:
In a global market it is necessary that one should possess certain leadership qualities in

challenges that are faced by the leaders all over the country are summarized below:

The main challenge that is faced by the leaders all over the globe is managing individuals,
politics and relationship.

The leaders sometimes are faced with the problem of mentoring and training its employees for
the day to day activities.
Developing Managerial Effectiveness:
In order to develop any business globally, it is necessary that all the relevant factors relating to
time management, decision making is present for an effective leadership.
Inspiration:
It is necessary to inspire and motivate the employees in an organization in order to reach the
ultimate goal.
Team leading capacity:
The process of team building and team management is not an easy task and the global leaders are
faced with such challenges.
In context of the above mentioned challenges it can be added that in order to overcome
such challenges it is necessary that the person should possesses all the leadership qualities
mentioned below (Lima et al. 2016). The qualities that have been identified are:-
1) Leadership Behavior.
2) Adaptability.
3) Development.
4) Organizational Intentionality.
5) Organizational Inclusion.

In order to establish leadership development and leadership appointment it is suggested to
develop organizational cultural intelligence (Lima et al. 2016). The most recent issues faced by
different multinational companies while conducting their business globally is failure in expatriate
(Okpara and Kabongo 2017). The Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness
(GLOBE STUDY) was initiated to measure different cultural ideas and differentiate such
cultures in terms of their practices and leadership pattern that has been approved in different
cultures.
Conclusion
It can be concluded that in order to meet global challenges it is essential that the process
of leadership should be positive so that positive outcome can be gained. There is a demand for
effective leadership globally. Lastly, it can be said that leadership will be influenced in the way
one practices it and in order to make it effective one must be prepared to meet the day to day
global targets. The leader must be aware of his strength, weakness, followers, ideas and
motivation in order to establish global leadership skills
