leader is the one who have the skills to control and operate the basic functions of the company
and also they guide the employees to give their best towards the organizational framework. It is
necessary for the leaders to consider the changes as it can direct affect the growth of the
company and also assist in accomplishing the set goals in the competitive market. The effective
leader is the one who focuses on managing the organizational activities of the company. To
manage the activities and to boost its effectiveness in the market is one of the challenges for the
company (Liao, Liu, Kwan & Li, 2015).
To maintain the effectiveness of the managerial operations it is important for the leaders to have

leader to boost the motivation level of the workers. One of the basic reasons that relates with
motivating the employees is due to the change in the workplace. The workers become the part of
the company with the different needs and expectations. The employees in the company have the
different attitude and beliefs so it sometimes creates difficulty for the leaders to boost the
motivation level of the employees towards the allocated work by the management (Rosenbach,
2018).
There are also many companies who are not aware of the diversity in relation to their employees
and this they are not having awareness about the different ways of boosting the motivation level
of the employees. Motivation of the workers becomes the challenge especially when the
companies have changed the role of the workers. The lessened hierarchy level is also the issue
that has affected the hiring process of the company. The leaders who are managing the routine
activities have to face the challenge related to hiring the employees and also to boost the
performance of the employees is also the major challenge for the workers. The different nature of
the needs also possess the challenge to the leader to boost the motivation of the subordinates. In
relation to this it can be stated that the employees have the diverse needs and expectations that
keeps on changing and can also clash with each other. So, it can be stated that motivation is one
