field is very much complex and they have to understand that they can be faced with various
hurdles which they have to overcome in a step-by-step process (Kelly, 2018).
Post licensure challenges
Sometimes it can be stated that phenomena do transpire and the student who
execrated she would go into the nursing specialisation after post-graduation change their
mind due to the various challenges, which are confronted in the specialisation area. There are
several situations, which are seen in this manner happening to clinical work. One of the main

gathering of the requirement of the patient (Creamer,& Austin, 2017). This can be stated to
be very much important due to the factor that treatment would be applicable as per the
requirement. In this field, it can be stated that the mental patients are very much
unpredictable and the lack of communication, which occurs in most of the situation, makes
the delivery of care and the task of the nurse more complicated.
Particular issue
One of the main issue, which is confronted from the nurses mainly, include the behaviour of
the patient. As per reaserchers, the mental patient do not have direct control of their
behaviour of themselves and tend to behave in a manner, which is different from the normal
human behaviour. This makes the task of the nurse’s quite challenging (Jokiniemi et al.,
2012). On the other hand as per the rules which is set forward NMBA the nurses have to take
action with care and diligence, which is one of the core areas linked to their practice. The
action should be presented in a manner, which would be directing towards the betterment of
the patient taking into consideration their abrupt behaviour.

diligence, which is most of the cases, can be crucial for the mental health patients. They tend
to show very much less behavioural aspects linked to the problem, which is prevailing, and in
most of the cases, the experience of the nurses should be playing an active role in the context
of dealing with the problem. The nurses has to abide with the rules of care and diligence in
their practice area which would be helping in resolving various issues which are confronted
form the end of the nurses.
