In most of the countries, the non-status immigrants face various problems after migrating
to a new place. They are needed to adopt new variations of the new society and should know the
values of the new culture of the place where they have been migrating. Immigrants refer to
people who permanently settle in a different country. Non-status immigrants are non-
documented immigrants that go to live in a different country. They are usually not benefitted in
any way by their present country of residence. Residents of a country are full citizens of a
country with every rights and duties. For example in this case a Canadian resident. The
difficulties faced by the non-status immigrants of Canada will be the focus of this study.
