to define the challenges in the business environment. The operations manager of Starbucks faced
many challenges in the business environment regarding the updating of skills and many more.

shows the biggest challenges in the business environment (Reid and Sanders, 2015). The
operational managers faced the challenges in supply chain management.
Starbucks needs to maintain the supply chain process to attract the customers regarding the
products and services offered by organization. Starbucks requires managing the supply process
to the customers so that they increase the productivity of the organization. The international
coffee managed by the supply chain practices and this can manage the customer experience and
manage the competition in the business market (Christopher, 2016). All the main activities of
business include in the supply chain process. This shows the proper supply of products to the
customers and increases the expectations of customers. The management of the supply chain
gives various benefits to the organization. The supply chain management provides support to the
organizations to manage the proper supply of products and this management maintains the
attraction of customers.
The operational managers of Starbucks maintain the supply of the products and increase the
value in the mind of the customers. The supply management is a main challenge faced by the
operation manager of the organization. The manager makes several efforts to maintain the supply
of products and maintains the profitability in the organization. This management maintains the
productivity of the organization. It is all based on the manager who manages operations to
maintain the process of the supply management and increase the market share price in the
business market. The business environment is not easy to manage as it has several challenges
(Mahadevan, 2015). These challenges affect the overall profits of the organization. The
manufacturing and delivering of products of Starbucks maintain by the operational managers to
overcome the challenges faced by the company and this process maintains the growth of the
