Human resource management is planning a remarkable role in the development of the
employees and also organization. It is the responsibility of the HR manager to consider strategic
HRM process which can help full to maintain organizational goals, objectives, strategies and
operations. The main motive of HRM is to in hence the innovativeness, flexibility so that
business can get long term market sustainability. As per current business environment,
organizations are looking forward to engage with foreign investment so that companies can send
their talented employees in foreign countries for international assignments so that company can
get more profitability in the competitive international market. For this report, Morrison’s is
considered which is largest multinational retailing company established in UK and its
headquarter situated in Brandford, UK. This company is founded by William Morrison and
operating their business operations various locations in UK market and across the UK. This
report will discuss about specific Strategies and approaches in context of internationalizing
organization which can effectively prepare and train their employees to work on other overseas
locations for a specific project. Moreover, this report also determine specific challenges facing
by the employees while working abroad and this report analyze that how management and HR

Language barrier, is considered as the big challenge which mainly faced by the employees
while they are working internationally. It is necessary for the employees to learn effective
communication skills as per their particular country and also develop accent and adopt their
communication is style which can help full to reduce this challenge effectively. Some of the
students can face difficulty e while they are doing international assignments like sometime it is
hard to express themselves and also prove their point so it is necessary for the employees to
