The present study is based upon the case study of Sim's Hardware which has more than
138 stores. The chosen business problem for the study is Globalization and for that the entire
study is based upon. The entire study is divided into three task that helps to explain the methods
which are used in order to determine the key challenges which a company face.

Part A
1. Research purpose and questions
The purpose of research is to understand foreign cultures while penetrate into new
market with an existing product and services for attracting new customers. Through this, scholar
investigate how Sim's hardware mitigate the challenge of globalization such that cultural
differences and provide solutions to overcome the problem of globalization which affect the
company. Also, study main aim is to examine how globalization's challenges may affect the
entire business.

 Recommend the way through which help to minimize the challenges of globalization
within Sim's Hardware.
2. Description of geographical, cultural, social and institutional context
As per the geographical context, the research will be carried out in Netherlands and
cultural social context are the people to whom company is target. For that, company target upper
class, higher upper class people, and the retail hardware stores who prefer to purchase the
product at wholesale price (in bulk). Further, for institutional context, the research will be
carried out in the franchising institution who help Sim's Hardware to provide a loan facilities.
3. Policies and procedure for conducting research
In order to conduct the research in proper manner, scholar make sure that they company
with all ethical consideration and also respect for person. Also, comply with Data Protection Act

in which they researcher has to make sure that proper confidentiality is maintain and develop

For the current study, research faces limitation such that lack of time which affect the
entire results. As for conducting the entire project, they require enough time but this is not
possible within the study (Holmlund, Witell and Gustafsson, 2020). Also, due to low sample
size, researcher also do not get proper views which somehow affect the entire project.
8. Justification of relevance of research
The chosen strategy while conducting a study in order to meet the research aim is both
primary and secondary data collection method. So, with the help of these sources, investigator
get transparent information which in turn assist to meet the define aim and objective. Further,
using thematic data analysis under qualitative study, scholar also interpret the views of
respondents in order to examine the challenges face by company while operating at global level.

because it is more flexible approach which modified for the needs for many studies and also get

perform in-depth research in order to meet the define aim (Mohajan, 2018). Also, with the help
of primary data, scholar collect fresh information with regards to selected business problem
