INTRODUCTION
A challenge is included as problems or issues that influence on the attainment of aim or
goal. In reference to students life they go through diverse challenges which affect their
development as well as accomplishment of expected aim. So it is crucial for students to
acknowledge that challenge and develop abilities as that will assist them in resolve it efficiently
and successfully (Singh and et. al., 2018). There are some of the ordinary and crucial abilities
that a student’s require to have as communication, presentation, acknowledging, problem solving
and many more. The respective report is supported to the three challenges which assist in
improving abilities and competencies which needed for the succession at university. Respective
report considers presentation challenges. Apprentice challenges and T shirt challenge as well as
it will also define about the action plan in reference to solve it effectively.
MAIN BODY
The presentation challenge is supported to conflict which I suffered while develop a
presentation on the TESCO at the University. Cause of it, I am not capable to enlarge appropriate
presentation and it also influence whereas I am delivering presentation in front of others. The
respective issue occur because of I am lacking in some abilities like communication time
management and presentation etc. Due to lack in my communication ability, I am not able to
make interaction with audiences appropriately. So it is crucial for me to frame effective action
plan which assist in improving my skills.
The SMART objective by which I can get over from presentation challenge is I want to
develop my abilities such as communication, presentation and time management etc. s these are
necessary for developing efficient presentation in next 3 years. The description of some skills
that are requires for delivering appropriate presentation and it action plan for develop those
abilities as under:
Communication skill- With the help of this skill I can deliver adequate presentation and
it will also assist me in interacting with customer so that I can resolve their issue regarding
presentation. In reference to make improvement in this ability in next 3 years I will attain classes
organised by experts and attain workshops of professionals (Fearon and et. al., 2020). Along
with this, I will also organise practice myself so that I can boost confidence and can face
audiences.

Time management skill- It is crucial for me to have time administration ability so that I
can deliver my presentation on time with all important information. Through this I will also
capable to acknowledge how to prioritise the information in presentation so that I can deliver it
properly in given time (Tawash and et. al., 2019). In reference to develop this skill in 3 years
time, I will attain training classes of presentation and I will also conduct practice by myself so
that I will aware how to deliver presentation timely.
By developing these abilities I will capable to get over presentation issue in appropriate
form and it will also assist me in getting effective grade at the University and it will assist me in
my future career when It get job.
T shirt Challenge
Challenge associated to T shirt project is budget, marketing, consumer expectation and
many more. It is because I am not able to convince more individual to buy T shirt which affect
the expected profitability. I also not capable to organise marketing in efficient form and not able
to clear the doubt o consumers so that they motivated to buy T shirt. I determine that I am
lacking in communication and budgeting skill cause of which I will not convince people as well
as decide the cost of T shirt. So it is crucial for me to develop these abilities so that I can get over
T shirt challenge in appropriate manner. It is because so that I can sale more T shirts and make
development in my profits as per to my set costs.
Fro developing these abilities I require to frame SMART objective i.e. I want to develop
mu abilities in next 3 years so that I can maximise sales by 20%. Along with this to accolish this
objective, I need to improve my skills and for that I develop action plan in context of it. Below
are the descriptions of some capabilities that are crucial to handle T shirt challenge in efficient
form.
Communication skill- It is key ability which an individual or student require to have in
reference to form efficient career. By having this ability, I can attract consumer and convince
them buy products on the set price. In term of developing this skill I can attain training under
experts in next 3 years which help in communicating with others properly.
Budgeting skill- I need to develop this ability so that I can make effective budget that
assist me in earning profit at marketplace (Brotherton and Etzel, 2018). In respect to improving
it, I can take training under professionals of finance section as they will teach me how to set
budget as per the targeted people.

By developing these abilities, I will capable to handle T shirt issue in proper form and it
will assist me in getting good grade at the University as I complete project effectively.
Apprentice Challenge
The respective challenge is associated to situation when I am organising internship at the
LSST (London School of Science and Technology) during conducting internship, I capable to
acknowledge that I am lacking in some abilities which I require to have for devising efficient and
successful future (Kouzes and Posner, 2018). Abilities which I require to have are
communication, understanding and team working etc. It is require as when I need to interact and
work with other teammates. I get to know that I am lacking in these skills when I commenced
conducting work with others.
In reference to get over these problems I require to develop SMART objective i.e. I want
to develop my communication team working and other skill in next 3 years so that I can conduct
internship in appropriate form. The action plans for some key abilities are mentioned:
Communication skill- I need to develop this ability so that I can appropriately communicate
with others at the time of internship and job. In order to develop it, I can conduct internship
under the expert people and I can maximise by understanding by organising self studies by
online mode.
Team working skill- By having it, I can make interaction with my teammates in proper
form and it will also assist me in organising work with others in appropriate way (Hunter and
Cook, 2018). In respect to develop it in next 3 years I require to communicate with others and
observe my seniors to know that how they interact with others.
By developing these abilities I will capable to handle apprentice challenge in proper form
and it will assist me in providing effective grade at University as I accomplish project
appropriately with my teammates in proper way.
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded form the mentioned data that for a student it is crucial to find out the
challenges and complexities that they suffered during studies. The complexities can be based on
their ineffective abilities like presentation, communication and team working etc. In order to
make development in these skills they should attain online classes and training under experts so
that they can gain effective grade at University in their project and Job.
