as research approach. In inductive research approach, researcher generates abrand new theory
and decisions are being developed accordingly. In deductive approach, researcher tests an
existing theory and results are being developed hypothetically. For this study, inductive research
approach has selected as it is suitable with qualitative strategy.
Data collection: After selecting the type of research, it is important to select appropriate
sources and selection of source relies on the type of data collection. When researcher collects
primary or brand new data then questionnaire, survey and interview are conducted. Such sources
give accurate and reliable information (Karnoe,Kayserand Skovgaard, 2019). On the other hand,
in secondary type of data collection, books and journals, articles and published data are being
collected. For making this study effective and knowing all about talent management, both
primary and secondary data has been collected.
Sampling:For gathering primary data and conducting questionnaire, interviews,
researcher requires selecting target people and target people are known as sample. The main
decision that researcher needs to take is process of selecting people. Convenience and non-
convenience are 2 process of sampling. In convenience or non-probability, sample are being
selected on the basis of easy access or contact. In non-convenience or probability, target people
are being selected from a larger population and it is called random sampling. In this type,
researcher does not set selection criteria and for making target people feel valued, this random
sampling has selected.
Time-horizon: Cross-sectional studies are those that can be conducted for short period of
time or results can be gathered quickly. It is conducted at a given point of time and as compared
