to learn and gain better knowledge to become successful. It is also essential for students to

INTRODUCTION
Education is the key factors to increase the potential of individual and gain higher
objectives. as education helps to individual to make better decisions and prepare them for
worse challenges. Universities are the education institution for students or learns to increase
their knowledge according to their interest. This report discusses about some issues and
challenges which students face while studying in universities. This helps the institution to
become more effective to provide students better services and increase their career
opportunity effectively. Report also provides effective understanding on all the factors which
can also impact the potential of students and how it is resolved with help of some effective
management methods and techniques effectively.
Literature Review
According to Burton and et al., (2016)there are many factors which impact the
efficiency of students in to retain its studies. Due to increase in technology it also impacts the
concentration of students on studies and reduce their efficiency to learn. There is a tendency
that students prioritize their family and friends with studies which also impact learning
process in the university. It is very essential for universities to develop effective
understanding to gain information about all the activities of the students to make the effective
and also provide them with effective course book to develop their interest in studies
effectively.it is also very difficult for student top adjust in the new studying environment
away from their homes to learn. It is also very essential for students to become effective in
assessing their abilities and developing proper schedule to reduce ineffective behaviour in the
classroom. Author describes the student life as very important phase of life as it is the
learning stage which helps them to create their career according to their knowledge.
Knowledge helps to increase the efficiency to make decisions and increase the potential to
grow in career effectively. There are many factors which also helps the students to become
more effective and increase their efficiency and it is very important for them to inculcate all
those aspects in their routine in order to gain good grades effectively. It is very essential for
students to develop better skills which helps them to increase their communication and
interpersonal skills as at this stage student also gain the skills and characteristics of leader
which helps them in their career to be successful. Innovation is very important in the
education industry as it helps students to learn better and also according to recent factors to
develop their practical knowledge effectively. Students also involve in many other activities

like parties and love affection which distracts them from studies and reduces their
opportunities to increase grades. Determination in university is very essential and also
develop effective relation with teacher to solve all the doubts to become more attentive and
prepared for the next time effectively. Students also are impacted with the local factors like
culture, beliefs and peer pressure. This all can impact the efficiency of students to understand
and learn better in universities as student teacher ratio in colleges is very less and no
professor can focus on one student unless and until they are willing to learn and ask questions
and problems effectively.
Analysis and Discussion
It is analysed that students who studies in the universities have the chances to increase
the distraction level due to many factors (Heang and et al., 2019). As there are many
challenges faced by the students to gain better information and knowledge which impact their
career opportunities. When students start at universities due to lack of proper environment
students increases their stress level which also decreases the concentration level to study. Due
to increase in many other creational activities many students involve in illegal use of drugs
and other substance use which also discourage them to study (Willamo and et al., 2018).
Ragging is also one of the major challenge which every student faces in the beginning of the
university as many seniors make them do disturbing activities which impact their mental
stability and reduces their efficiency to study well. However, there are teachers and
professors who are very potential in helping students and providing extra tuitions to students
who needs it to make them average to rest of the students in the class. This is also important
for students to ask for more help to increase their potential in learning and gaining higher
education material effectively.
Homesickness is also one of the factors which impacts students while studying in the
university at the initial stage due to change in environment for study also reduces the
efficiency of students to focus and score good grades even though they are having high
potential to score good grades. Many universities also have the very strict studying pattern
which increasing the study pressure on students to learn and appear all the assessment. There
are many cases in which students also goes into depression and commits suicide due to lack
of proper guidance and high pressure on students from family to score well (Mitchell and
et.al., 2017). Family also impact the performance of students to increase its studies and

become more effective to gain higher career opportunities. It is also very important to
become social as it helps to increase the experience and also support them in every situation
as students can also become introvert due to lack of friends and social bonding with anyone.
It is also important for students to finds new friends as it helps to reduce all the stress and
motivates them to study and also balance other activities, Sports and healthy activities are
also important which many universities do not provide and only focus on studies this also
impact students to focus (Alanay and Aydin, 2016). As physical fitness is also very essential
which support students to be at their best to learn and perform different activities in the
university effectively.
Time management is also very essential which is also a challenge foe student in initial
stage at university to increase the potential of students to increase their knowledge and gain
higher efficiency. Due to lack of time management students are not able to focus on all the
subjects in one day and increasing the burden day by day to learn more (Licite, Janmere and
Auzina, 2017). Accommodation is also a challenge in the universities as it can reduce the
quality sleep and due to lack of proper facilities student starts to become aggressive and
agitated to study and tend to enter into fights. It is also very important for students to learn all
the challenges and become more effective in understanding its sources effectively. With the
development of infrastructure universities also need to motivate employees and staff to
participate in the development of healthy working environment with effective policies against
any illegal activities.
Recommendations
Students need to learn how to become more effective by implementing time
management. This can be done with the help of formulating effective action plan before
starting studies can also help students to increase the efficiency to gain better information for
longer time. By developing effective interpersonal skills which reduce the challenges of
social life and also create a balance between work and social life (Kim and Kang, 2018).
With the help of effective digital information technology students can lean by viewing videos
and images which increases the memory retention power and also clears all the concepts of
them to score higher in the exams effectively. With the help of effective communication
technology students can also communicate with their families to gain their support and
increase their confidence by reduce homesickness effectively. Universities also need to

formulate effective policies of no ragging of fresher in college. By developing healthy
environment and cultural value among student’s university to increase the potential of
students to motivate them to gain higher education skills and knowledge effectively. Colleges
also need to build innovative infrastructure which helps to provide all the study material free
of cost to encourage students to study. The accommodation should also be developed to
increase the mental status of students and increase the efficiency of students to think
productive in studies (Mag, Sinfield and Burns, 2017). With whelp of effective environment
students can also increase in many studying contest and encourage others to study effectively.
CONCLUSION
This report concludes that it is very essential for universities to understand all the
issues and problems which students face and resolve them to increase their efficiency to learn
and gain better knowledge for the future. Report also explained different types of methods
which could help students to achieve their objectives and motivate themselves to understand
all the factors effectively. It is also highlighted in the report the methods which could be
adopted to develop effective process of learning for students effectively.
