INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurs are the one who can generate & formulate a business through their
innovation ideas and work passionately towards theri deams. Entrepreneurs are risk taker and an
effective decision maker who analysis each and every aspects and then reach the most possible
outcomes. Entrepreneurs are also beneficial for the development of the society and give their
best contribution in the economical growth (Krieger-Boden and Sorgner, 2018). Women's are
also show their active participation to become an influential Entrepreneurs and shape their idea
and Creativity into the specific structure. Women's are very dedicated towards their work do
their task in an appropriate manner. The main motive of this report is to identify the significance
of the Women Entrepreneurs in the society and determine the various opportunities that are
helpful to shape the career of women as an entrepreneur. This report also identify the key
challenges that create problems in women's life while they decided to become an entrepreneur.
This report conduct a small scale research on those women's who are living in London and
identify their opinion and experience. A various research methods and techniques are use to
analyse the most appropriate result.

Rational for the Study
The main reason to conduct this research is to identify the importance of the
entrepreneurship for the women's so that they can effectively analyse the most possible
opportunities to shape their career as an influential and successful entrepreneurs. Various
challenges also faced by the women in procese to become an entrepreneur. The main need of this
report is to spread some awareness about the opportunities and challenges experienced by the
Women Entrepreneurs in London.

Significance of Women Entrepreneurs in United Kingdom.
According to the Tambunan, ( 2017), It is a fact that when a woman and a group of
womens start business with their new and creative ideas and effectively manage it then it is
called the women entrepreneurship. Women are the one who have capability and dedication to
play a remarkable role in each and every activity whether it is personal or professional life. With
the help of this study, can be determined that there are various need of a woman entrepreneur in
term of business such as maintain a better balance of finance, self employment, achiever , access
& vigilance , breakthrough the orthodox point of views, remove the gender gap and many more
which highlight the specific need of the women entrepreneurs in the society. This study also
determines the various functions of women entrepreneurship like decision maker, risk taker,
enhancement of managerial duties and innovator. All these functions are necessary which
differentiate from the women entrepreneur to another people. In respect to understand the
concept of women entrepreneurship it is necessary to identify some specific qualities which are
considered by each and every women entrepreneurship such as courage , sound mind, clear
vision, self confidence, goal oriented, adopt optimistic approach, maintain work life balance

properly, brilliant organiser and create strong network. All these qualities are mentoring
capability and encourage women to become and successful entrepreneur. There are various role
played by the women's entreprenures such as providing employment opportunities , development
of the economy, mainatin optimum utilisation of the resources , increase the quality of life.
Women entrepreneurs are develop the society structure and improve the country economical
situation ( Women Entrepreneurs: Need, Scope, Functions, Qualities and Roles, 2020).
According to Sophie Davis (2016), revealed top most inspirational and influence female
entreprenures who are considered the best example of the women entrepreneurs in the United
Kingdom. Some specific successful example of women entrepreneurs of UK such as Karren
Brady , Deborah Meaden, Amber Atherton , Heather Baker and many more who followed their
own dreams and became a perfect example of successful entrepreneurs. All these women
entrepreneurs experienced various critical circumstances which can help to these womens to
motivate and encourage them so that they can effectively start their journey as an entrepreneur
and live their life by their own rules.

According to the Belle Wong, (2020), explained that there are many oppoy and
advantages for the women entrepreneurs which can help to mainatin and analyse their
performance as an entrepreneur. Some specific advantages for female entreprenures such as
represente their own point of view to change the society , main concern is on collaboration ,
more monitoring the task ever before ,use emotional intelligence to gain competitive advantage ,
parenting experience , great leader and they have capability to build women friendly corporate
culture.These are the advantages determined by women in process to become an entrepreneur.
Women entrepreneurs can create the diverse and also innovative workforce which can help to
establish the effective environment in the Organizations (Drori and et. al., 2018).
According to the Mike Michalowicz, (2011), identified that there are many Women
Entrepreneurs are working in their own style in a specific way. With the help to this study it is
analysed that their some some appropriate advantage determined by the women's entreprenures
such as they can create their own huge social networks, intuition , pain tolerance and multi
tasking. All these considered as an opportunities to rule the whole world and make an successful

example for the other Women who are looking forward to become an entrepreneur. Without any
appropriate opportunities women can not grow as a entreprenure. Society mialy coned about the
men entreprenures and there are less womens who come up as an entrepreneur in the society so
sometimes it's hard for the women to take opportunities and start their career as an entrepreneur.
Key challenges that experienced by the women in London during the time to become an
entrepreneur.
According to the Paula Fernandes and Marisa Sanfilippo, (2020), define that Women’s
can face wide range of the challenging situations in term of the business. There are various
challenges determined by this study which faced by the women entrepreneurs such as defying the
social expectations, access of funding , struggling to get the support , owing the accomplishment,
create a support system , person and professional life balance , coping with the failure & fear. All
these challenges are faced by the various femal entreprenures like Oprah, Gisele
Bundchen ,sherly Sandberg, Lady Gaga and J.K. Rowling are the best example who experienced
lots of challenges to become an entrepreneur and then shine like a hero in the society
(Raghuvanshi, Agrawal and Ghosh, 2017),
According to the Marguerita Cheng , ( 2018), revealed that Women Entrepreneurs are
considered the most challenging person who handle both family and office life equally. Womens
faced various challenges and remove all the barriers which occur in their goals. Women's are
facing lots of challenging situation but they have a potential and abilities to deal with all the odd
and challenging circumstances in an appropriate manner. Some specific key challenges faced by
women's are limited financial resources, balancing the responsibilities , fear of failure ,
inadequate network , lack of knowledge and resources and timidity. All these challenges
provided positive and negative both type of experience to the women entrepreneurs. Some
women who are not that much educated and financial stable then they found difficulty in the
journey of entrepreneurs and they easily afraid from the challenges and they have fear of failure.

Research Methodology is a Strategic systematic framework that considers analysing and
implementing the whole information & data of any particular topic and areas in a right manner.

Through research methodology, researcher can easiky contain the reliability & validity of the
research. There are various steps contain in the research process which can help to analyse the
research topic " opportunities and challenges of women entrepreneurs " and use various methods
and approaches to determine the opportunities that can help ro become an successful
entrepreneurs and challengs that can work like a barrier in their Entrepreneurship journey
(Abutabenjeh. and Jaradat, 2018). The description of various research methods steps are given
below -
Research Philosophy
It is necessary to apply the research philosophy that can help to create the value and believe
and generate the authenticity off the research. There are three ypes of research philosophies are
considered which can help to maintain the the reliability and value of the research. Explanation
of all these three research philosophies are as follows -
 Realism Philosophy - Basically realism philosophy is generating an idea which indicates
independence of reality from the specific human mind. This philosophy mainly depends
on the assumptions and perfection of scientific and systematic approach which can help
to develop the knowledge of the research area (Daniel, 2018).
 Interpretivist Philosophy - This philosophy is helpful to obtain the in-depth information
of those things which are part of research process. Researcher can maintain the the
empathetic knowledge and create effective understanding about the the research area and
those people who are involved in the research process. With the help of this philosophy,
researcher can interact directly with the targeted population. For this research, this
philosophy will be use which is most appropriate and beneficial.
Research Methods
Research method is work like a strategical process that utilize to gather the research data or
evidence for the specific analysis as per to uncover the new data and information that can help to
create better understanding about the research topics. There are various kind of research methods
are considered which are given below -

 Qualitative Method - This is method mainly deal with the meaning and words. With the
help of this method , researcher can gain the indepth knowledge and understanding about
the research topic. There are various way to collect the qualitative research data such as
observations, interview, focus group , opinion , perception and view point of the
respondents. This research method use inductive approach and determine the quality of
the information. To carry out this research, qualitative method will be use which can
help to provide the original perception of the respondents (Irene, 2017). Quantitative Method - This research method mainly deal with the number & statistics.
Through this method , researcher can collect the data through quantitative and numeric
form. There are various methods to gather the quantitative data like questionnaire
methods, survey, and online survey. This method mainly uses deductive approach to
determine the research data in an appropriate manner. For this research, quantitative
method also considered because it can take less time as compared to the qualitative.
Research Design
Research design is blueprint which can help to conduct the research in a systematic manner.
Research design ensure and regulate the research steps which are followed by the researcher to
carry out the research in a right way. The description of the research design is give as follows -
Descriptive Research – The main purpose of this research design is to accurately
describe the selected population , phenomenon and situation. This research design can
liable to answer the what, when , where and how. This research design can helpful to
identify the one or more research variables. To carry out the present research, descriptive
research method will be containing because it can help to maintain the research in an
effective manner (Zangirolami-Raimundo, Echeimberg and Leone, 2018).
 Exploratory Research - This research design investigate the specific problem that is not
even clearly defined. It is helpful to create the better understanding about the existing
problem but will not give the conclusive outcomes. This research generally start with the
new idea & use research as the medium to recognise the problem for the future research.
Type of Research

There are various types of research that are considered by the researcher to collect the
appropriate data. Both primary and secondary research is most effective to gather the valid and
adequate research data which are discussed below -
 Primary Research – This type of research called the first handed or original data that is
collected by the researcher. This type or research is pure and unique by nature and
mainatin the accuracy and reliability of the data. Researcher can use questionnaire,
survey, interview and observations method which provide the most appropriate results
and also provide the original responses of the targeted population in a short period of
time. To carry to this present research, primary research will be considered to get the
more effective results. Primary research is a original research and it can provide the valid
and most appropriate responses of the targeted population in short note. With the help of
questionnaire, researcher can gathered the primary information. Secondary Research - This research is also known as the second handed research which
already done by another person. This research is previously analysed by the others and
utilised by another researcher. There are various way to consider the secondary data
collection such as websites, journals, articles, newspaper , magazine and another sources
(Sajuyigbe and Fadeyibi, 2017).
Ethical Consideration
Ethical considerations play an significant role in term of research and it can help to
mainatin the value and authentication of the research. Researcher needs to mainatin the ethical
considerations in an appropriate manner so that it shows the importance and adequacy of the
research project. It can help to provide and mainatin the diginity of the research participate. This
consideration mainatin the confidentiality in the research and it can help to eaisly access of the
relevant and specific components of the research. For this research study , researcher use primary
data collection method and distributed questionnaire to the women of London. The sample of
questionnaire attached in appendix which are given below.

Gantt chart.
This chart contain as a bar chart that can demonstrate a project in a specific schedule and
structural form. This chart mainly designed by the Henry Gantt around the 1910 to 1915 year.
Basically Gantt Chart show the relationship between the structural activities & current schedule
status. This chart shows the dependency between the each and every project tasks.

Data Collection and Analysis
To collect the research data is considered the most appropriate research process which
requires to mainatin proper adequate and applicability. Data collection and analysis is the
structural method which can help to collect the valid and adequate data from the targeted
population. There are various methids to collect the research data these are primary & second
data collection method which are helpful to mainatin the adequacy of the data. Data can be
analyse thorough varioy methods like frequency distribution method and statistical analysis
method.
Sampling Techniques
In order to make research more reliable it is essential to use specific sampling techniques
which can help to target and select the population for the research . There are two tyeps of
sampling techniques are considered such are discussed below -
 Probability Sampling - This sampling technique mainly follow specific criteria which
can help to select the research respondent's randomly from the population. With the of
this sampling techniques, researcher can give equal chances to the respondents. To carry
out this research, probability sampling techniques will be use which can help to select
target population in an effective way.
 Non- Probability Sampling - This sampling technique is formulate that the selection
process is not flexible and fixed. This technique is not specially predefined that is not
accumulate the equal opportunities to respondent's.
Sample Size
Sample size mainly referes to the specific number of observation & participates which are
part of the research and those involvement help to analyse the possible outcome. To carry out

this research, the sample size is considered 20. Researcher can consider the 20 women's who are
London based entrepreneurs. Researcher targeted women of London randomly and distributed
them questionnaire. All the questions in the questionnaire are given in close ended forms so it
made easier for the women to fill the questionnaire as per their understanding. Researcher
approached at least 50 woemes to gathered the data but only 20 women's responded fairly so
only 20 responses considered in this research. Qualitative research method used in this research
and for the data analysis and interpretation, researcher used frequency distribution tool for the
appropriate analysis of data.
Discussion and Conclusion
As per this report it can be analysed that Womens have courage and abilities to become
an effective and influential entreprenures. The main aim of this report is to identify the
opportunities and challenging or the women entrepreneurs. This report determined that their are
various opportunities which are available for the womens like they can present their view point
and take their own stand, spread more independecy, take their decision by their own, self support
system, work by their own style, balance personal and professional life both, provide their
contribution for the welfare of the society and many more opportunities which can considered by
the women and create their own identity in the society. This report also analysed various
challenges which are experiencing by the womens. Some key challenges are financial instability,
lack of support, low social network, dependency on the others, fear to failure are the main
challenges which can create various issues in their entrepreship path.
