Feedback is considered as an important factor that should be taken into consideration by
the teachers so that it can be easy for them to manage the behavior of the children in the schools.
By giving feedback it can be easy for the teachers to explain the policy review and development.
It has been seen that only teachers and qualified staff can inform policy review and development
in the school. It has also been analyzed that young children can display unwanted behavior due
to their requirements which are in context to the emotions.
There are many children who want attention, acceptance, motivation, respect, and
affection by not focusing on the age group of the people. If the children feel that their
requirement is not met then it can create insecurity and demotivate them towards the overall
activities which are assigned to them. The children who are young often feel that their feelings
are not understood easily by the others or they think that people do not know what they want. It
is analyzed that many children do not know the concept related to "later and not now" they only
listen to the people but they do not behave in a proper manner. The policies should be conveyed

The children who are young have to face the challenge related to behavior and as they
grow they face more issues related to behavior. There are times when the issues related to
behavior continue and it can give negative impact on the overall requirement of the student
(Gough, Oliver and Thomas, 2017).
So, it is important to create an environment that helps to motive the children towards
their activities. Also, it is seen that the rules and procedures are conveyed to the children in an
easy manner by the expert teachers of the schools. This approach can help them to emphasize the
positive behavior in the school and reduce the negative behavior which is prevailing in the
school. It has been seen that behavior and discipline policies should be given so that children can
give positive response and it also maintain the standard of the school by discussing the policies it
can be easy for the children to consider the choices in the classrooms and reduce conflicts. This
will enhance the involvement of the individual towards the development. At the time of
discussing the policies, the teachers should give a reward to the children so that children can

will help to bring best in the children and also convey the overall policies and procedures in a

Feedback should be given to the children if they are not performing according to the
policies and rules of the company. Feedback helps to make the students positive and also it will
enhance the overall activities of the school. This will enhance the confidence and also the
efficiency of the student towards the overall activities which they have to conduct in the school.
