workplace of health and social care (King and Moulton, 2013). In this way, several changes has
to be placed that assist to improve performances of institute. Every manager of health and social
care is responsible to employee and their patients as well. Thus, following principles need to
implemented with change management that bring variation:
Reducing resistance: Different kind of changes in a health care determines effective
operations for enhance ideas (Muzio, Brock and Suddaby, 2013). Through reducing waiting time
of patient, manager can work over a time. These type of changes build effective result in care
user mind.
Communication about given changes: There are different types of activities take place
