There are various leadership approaches are there which help firm to deal with the change
made in organisation. Leadership style help firm to manage their employees to adapt the changes
in environment and work according to such in effective way. Leaders motivate and influence
their worker and employee in such a way which make them to accept the changes in proper
manner and this makes to work over new methods and technologies which help them to reduce
their hard work and work effectively even though (Hallinger and Heck, 2011).
The leadership approach which help to deal with the changes in environment are as
follows:
