It is a process or cycle which is followed by the change management team of the
organization in order to change and improve the work of the staffs of the company in positive
way. The intension behind doing so is to achieve the desired outcomes of the targets. The
strategy the organization can implement in order to embed changes is by creating and
communicating the vision and mission of the company to all staffs. The change management
have to make sure that the processes, systems, or vision should be flexible rather than rigid. They
have to make sure and develop the culture in the organization which follow the continuous
improvement of the work of the staffs. And it is done by providing the proper training and
development program to the employees. After the company achieve their targets, change
management have to analyse the what is right and what need further improvement.
Impact of organizational behaviour and external environment on change strategies
The impact of organizational behaviour on change strategy is that it affects the decision-
making of the individual working in the organization. To change the organizational behaviours
into the positive way, company have to use motivational factors for their employees such as
incentives, bonus, awards etc. The impact of external environment such as PESTLE analysis is
that it affects the flexibility, stability and profitability of the organization in both positive and
negative way. Because of dynamic and uncertain environment, the companies are not able to
predict everything in advance. So with environmental analysis, the companies can analyse the
factor, the change on which can provide both opportunity and challenge to the company.

The components of change management project plan are including readiness assessment,
communication planning, sponsorship roadmaps, training, resistance management, ongoing
employee feedback, change reinforcement and results management. By implementing this
components company can manage and improves the employees and profitability of the company.
By providing training session and by proper communications with the employees, company can
make improvement and change in the work of the employees. Sometimes, company also hire the
village people as an employee, in that case taking the feedback from the them regarding their
personal and professional experience is good to motivate them. After receiving the feedback, it is

environments. Through the components company can analyse the scope of the change if any and
communicate the same with the staff members. In this, the company can also need to assess the

process in the organizations.
Barriers to change and strategies to address barriers
Barriers include negative employee attitude, lack of management support, lack of
commitment of staff, poor communication, inadequate finance or budget, past-experience of
failed change initiatives etc. The strategies that address these barriers are motivating the
employees, involving staffs into decision-making and changes, remind them their potentials by
providing training sessions.
