Based on the above-cited article, it was examined as per the viewpoint of Cameron
and Green (2015), change is an inevitable aspect for every individual existing in this world.
The changes continue to exist at an intense rate in everyday life of the individuals. The article
stated that the economics related to the globalisation has profoundly affected the political and
corporate thinking of the world. The principal aim of the article is recognised to create a
better understanding of the change and how the scenario of changes takes place. The author
has made use of different organisational and leadership theories in the concern of explaining
the modern approaches towards change management. These theoretical aspects did create a
real and broader understanding of the mental state of the readers and significantly helped the
readers to understand the theory of change management in a more general sense. The article
has recognised to be comprehensive in nature as it laid a firm foundation for any individual

However, the only limitation to the article was that the same did not have any primary
