Change management refers to the plans of action which the company can utilized in order to
accomplish the goal of the organisation in effective as well as efficient manner. In the process of
change management the organisation bring the innovation and creativity for the welfare of the
company(Galli,2018) . The present report is based on the business strategy of the Barnacle Bay
Country House hotel which is operated by Rita Clement as the owner and manager of the
organisation. In order to increase the value of the company the manger is looking to bring
changes in the hotel. In context to that the report will discuss the strategies regarding the change
management that Rita can use for further improvement.

association of the Barnacle Bay Country House hotel facing various issues regarding the
organisation. The issues associated with the organisation is decreasing value of the company in
the marketplace, less attraction of the consumer toward the hospitality services of the
organisation. along with the organisation is not able to satisfy the customer with the different
facilities which consider food and beverages, accommodation, infrastructure and services deliver
by the employees of the organisation to the customers( Hughes,2018). in context to that the
current manger or the owner of the organisation willing to adopt some plans of action to deliver
values to the consumer and increase brand value in the hospitality industry. The innovation in the
organisation is must defeat the competitor presented in the hospitality industry. For the changes
the manger take various decision and invested money within the organisation, but they are not
much effective for bringing the glory of the organisation. with the implementation off the
changes required in the product and services the company is able to deliver competitive
