The communication plan that was devised by the management of the
organization was dependent on the proper functioning of the Email exchange,
personal meetings, and oral presentations. However, there were issues relating to
the miscommunication of the different elements that might cause serious
misunderstanding in the workforce. The management of the organization thereby
devised a communication plan in which the upper hierarchy would be taking group
sessions with the employees to make them aware of the changes that the
organization is planning to undertake. On the other hand, the negotiations that are
planned by the management of the organization will be helping the same to negate
the different resistances that are created by the employees to the change process
that is planned by the organization. The absenteeism of the employees and the
misinterpretation of the information might create havoc discrepancies in the
processes of the management. Therefore, the differences in the communication
procedures will be facilitating the smooth performance of the workforce in the
market.
QUESTION 5: DISCUSSION OVER MEETING WITH THE GENERAL
MANAGER
The consultation with the general manager of the organization will be helping
to facilitate the input of the communication and the manner in which the
communication can be enhanced as per the needs of the workforce. It helps in
maintaining the different levels of changes in the systems of the organization through
the negotiations that are undertaken by the management with the employees. On the

the truck drivers of the organization has helped in making them identify the benefits
of the change that is planned by the business while operating in the international
markets.
