INTRODUCTION
Change management is one of the important and systematic approach which is used to
deal with transition of company's goals, processes or technologies. Main purpose of change
management is implementing strategies for controlling change and accepting people to adapt to
change. I as Business Operations Management trainee for GAT INFOS will display change
management skills in the present report. Moreover, literature will be reviewed and checklist will
be prepared in order to enhance my change management skills.
Implementation of Skill in internship and approach towards management issue
Change management is required for attaining proper transition from old system to new
one. Staff is also to be encouraged to follow the same so that organisation may achieve goals
(Carnall, 2018). I can analyse that when implementing change in the company, planning is
utmost essential as it leads to affect overall organisation. The management issue was inefficient
planning for switching from old system to new one. I recognised the issue and approached to
resolve by stating whether it is compatible with old system. Moreover, successful planning
involves delegation and through this inefficient planning was resolved by me.
This led to maximise staff's potentials and ultimately increased their efficiency and
productivity. The experience of myself in exercising better approach towards transition from old
IT system to new IT system has helped me to nurtured my skills in effectual manner. The task of
mine was to give suggestion for resolving planning issue in the company which has helped me to
attain inner confidence on nurture further in my career. I'm able to analyse the importance of
change management which imparts appropriate efficiency in meeting organisational goals in
effective way.

According to Raineri (2011), change management guides to prepare, equip and support
individuals to successfully adopt change for providing more efficiency to organisation. The
change management consists of individual change management, organisational change
management etc. Individual change management requires understanding how people approach
towards change and what they need to change successfully (What is change management?.

is created for making sure that impacted workers receive awareness, leadership and training they
need for adapting change successfully (Brones, de Carvalho and de Senzi Zancul, 2017). Success
towards individual transitions must be main focus of activities in change management with
reference to organisation. Change management ensures that project solution is embraced,
adopted and utilised in a better manner.
