Organisational design is a procedure in which set
effective aims and objective that achieve in
particular period of time. Through organisational
design apply all effective changes that helps to
improve structure and take places in business
organisation. In this poster consist of Marks &
Spencer company to define the relation in between
organisational design and change management is
analysed.
The main aim of change management is to use
strategies for controlling, helping employees to adapt
such changes in the environment. In the case of Marks
and Spencer, which is fashion stores provide each and
