Stage 1- Losing and letting go- As per the first stage, I was in the situation of
uncertainty as I was scared of travelling abroad and there was no such

Stage 2- Neutral Zone- It is the level of low productivity and anxiety regarding
the new changes which are occurring in the life. There was a feeling of anxiety
along with low morale which has affected the overall status of my mind
Stage 3- New Beginning- However, at the end, there was high energy along with
openness to learning which has helped me in understanding the change and
following the same appropriately

members in the class which led to decrease in morale and it
affected the overall performance

employees negatively
The problems related to communication can be improved through
filtering the individuals and the change management will be a
positive prospect (Pugh 2016)
