The specific objective of this research are as following:

Methodology
In order to complete this dissertation researcher will take support of
primary data collection sources. This will help in involving current
and real facts related to change management. Furthermore, scholar
will apply inductive approach. Investigator will use qualitative
research strategy. Researcher is planning to collect data from manager
of two hotels. Individual will randomly chose 25 mangers of these
companies those who can give answers of research questions. In
order to analysis the data scholar will apply thematic analysis tool.
Individual will prepare themes and will present data by using graphs
and charts.
