the barriers to change. Barriers can be
defined as the limitations or the blockages

Failure in motivation of the employees

HOW THE BARRIER AFFECT THE
DECISION MAKING
Lack of understanding the change- this is
the barrier which affects the change in
organization management. Sometimes, there
may be a problem the understanding of the
assignment. This can create a confusion about
what the assignment was and how was it done
(Workplacepsychology, 2012).
Negative attitude of employees- this barrier
occurs when the employee is not serious about
the assignment. Employee is the main lead to
the organization. If the employee will not work
properly, the organization will have to face the
consequences (Workplacepsychology, 2012).
DECISION MAKING
Lack of understanding the change- this is
the barrier which affects the change in
organization management. Sometimes, there
may be a problem the understanding of the
assignment. This can create a confusion about
what the assignment was and how was it done

target, an organization should have adequate
amount of resources. If the resources are limited,
leader should plan to work in the limited
resources. If the resources are limited, the
organization will not be able to function properly.

work properly. This will result in the failure of the
project. The organization will have to face the
