team behaviour and leadership and applying models for minimizing the impact. This
will discuss the force field model and lays down the influences of change on decision-
making and their barriers. At last, it will discuss the pros and cons of leadership
approaches in dealing with the change.
Agfa is an imaging company of Belgium which produces, develops and distributes the
wide range of digital and analogue imaging systems. It is a public company and was
founded in 1867 and provides IT solutions as well.
Golden Wonder is a snack manufacturer company founded in 1947 by William
Alexander and it is headquartered in North Lincolnshire, England, UK.
