INTRODUCTION
Changes is an ongoing process which is essential for organizational growth as there is a
fluctuation in consumer taste or preferences. Corporate world is facing a numerous of issues due
to modification in external and internal factors. For example; emergence of several foreign
companies, changing trend, fluctuates currency rate and so on (Anderson and Anderson, 2010).
Cosmetic industry is growing across the international boundaries due to maximization in
customer demands. L'oreal and Maybelline are two famous organizations in beauty industry as
they are engaged in manufacturing outstanding products for enhancing the personality of human
beings. Therefore, assignment is focussing on need of changes at workplace by showing
appropriate comparison between two popular association. Moreover, influence of macro and
micro elements on organization behaviour, leadership, team and so on are outlining in this
project. Main objective of report is to throw lights on necessity of changes for industry
development.

Cosmetic industry is facing number of changes in various business activities due to
emergence of various modern technologies which helps an organization at workplace.
Maybelline and L'oreal both the company are famous for its qualitative products in order to
enhance the overall personality of human beings (Aslan and Reigeluth, 2013). However, taste or
preferences of consumer always fluctuates due because of external and internal factors. Thus,
company needs to implement modification in their current plans, policies, products and so on. It
means due to fluctuation in surrounding there is a need of alteration in operational strategy of an
enterprise and hence forth for attaining their set targets in a defined time frame. In fact, it has
been identified that there is a major relationship between changes and strategies followed by an
organization and operations in various manner. Some are described as follows:-
Political parties changes procedure of transferring goods across the borders due to which
Maybelline and L'oreal both have to modified their existing technique of exchanging
services. Hence, it shows the major connection between alteration and organizational
strategies.

development of cosmetic industries because in today's scenario millions of consumers are depend
upon beauty products in order to live their life comfortably. One of the major reason behind
using products offered by Maybelline and L'oreal is to attract others as well as to maintain their
personality at societal place. Thus, some of the essential difference between both the companies
are described are as follows:-
